我们如何通过0.02 mm平面度限制控制接触力

触片弹簧在接触点偏移时失效。我们采用四滑块成型工艺而非压弯机,消除了回弹变化。每个弹簧均通过光学投影仪检查平面度,确保在0.02 mm以内。对于15 g作动力的目标值,我们在50件样品中保持±1.5 g的偏差。这不是统计猜测——我们在每套新模具投产前都会运行力-挠度曲线测试。

材料与热处理,实现10万次循环寿命

我们使用SUS301-H和SUS304不锈钢带材,厚度为0.08 mm至0.5 mm。对于需要高疲劳强度的弹簧,我们使用SUS631(17-7 PH)并时效硬化至45–48 HRC。我们绝不跳过应力消除工序。成型后,每个零件都经过400°C真空应力消除循环30分钟。此步骤防止延迟开裂,并将弹簧的自由角度保持在±2°以内。您将获得一个能承受10万次压缩循环而负载无明显下降的弹簧。

低接触电阻的表面处理选项

裸不锈钢在10 g力下的接触电阻约为50毫欧。如果您的电路需要低于20毫欧,我们提供选择性镀金(0.1–0.3 µm)或镀银(2–4 µm)。对于潮湿环境中的抗氧化性,我们根据ASTM A967标准施加钝化层。标准Ra为0.8,但我们可以在接触垫区域抛光至Ra 0.4。所有电镀均在内部完成,因此我们无需额外运输延误即可控制镀层厚度。

每次发货前的检验:力、尺寸和表面

没有完整报告,我们不会发货。每批产品均使用数字测力计(精度±0.5 g)、2D视觉系统(分辨率0.001 mm)和粗糙度测试仪进行检验。每500件中抽取10件进行破坏性测试——压缩至实体高度三次,以验证无断裂。检验报告包含关键尺寸的Cpk值。如果Cpk低于1.33,该批次将被返工或报废。您永远不会收到边缘质量的产品。

模具与原型:无起订量,3天出样

我们不会强迫您接受巨大的最低订单量。不锈钢触片弹簧系列无起订量。对于原型,我们使用线切割EDM模具,成本为$100–$300,具体取决于零件尺寸。您将在3天内获得100件样品。生产模具(四滑块模具)价格为$400–$800,并在您的首批5,000件中摊销。如果您后续更改半径或腿长,我们以$50–$150的价格修改模具——而非全套重新制模。

为什么四滑块成型优于冲压,适用于触片弹簧

冲压模具会在边缘产生毛刺,导致电弧和高接触电阻。我们的四滑块机器在成型线材或带材时无剪切动作——边缘保持光滑。这对于与电池端子滑动的触片弹簧至关重要。该工艺还允许在多个平面上进行复杂弯曲,无需二次加工。对于具有90°扭转和扁平垫的弹簧,我们将扭转角度保持在±1°以内。这就是为什么我们的弹簧能直接装入您的组件而无需手动调整。

模具磨损与50万次批量生产中的一致性

模具磨损会改变弹簧力。为解决此问题,我们在成型工具上使用硬质合金镶件,而非工具钢。硬质合金在需要磨削前可保持刃口50万次冲击。我们还在每2,000件进行中期生产检查——测量自由高度和负载。如果负载漂移超过5%,我们立即停机并调整模具。这比行业标准的10%漂移更为严格。您将从第一件到最后一件获得一致的弹簧。

没有起订量。您可以订购1件或100万件,单价结构相同,仅首次订单收取少量模具费。

我可以定制弹簧形状或材料吗?

可以,我们修改腿长、弯曲半径、线圈数和材料等级;只需发送2D图纸或样品,我们将在24小时内返回DFM报告。

你们如何确保小批量订单的质量?

小批量(500件以下)对关键尺寸进行100%检验;大批量使用AQL 0.65抽样,每批发货均附完整力-挠度测试报告。

定制触片弹簧的典型交期是多久?

原型样品需3天,批量生产在模具批准后需10天,对于现有工具的微小修改,可支持紧急订单(< 48小时)。
