我们如何控制薄规格铍铜和磷青铜的回弹

当回弹使几何形状偏离规格时,电气接触件就会失效。我们的模具通过按批次校准的过弯角度来补偿材料记忆效应。对于0.1 mm厚的铍铜(C17200),我们保持0.05 mm的弯曲半径,回弹偏差小于0.5度。对于磷青铜(C5210),我们将模具间隙调整为材料厚度的4%——这可在-40°C至+150°C的温度范围内保持0.3 N至0.5 N的稳定接触力。

我们用于低接触电阻的材料和热处理

我们常备五种基础材料:C17200铍铜、C5210磷青铜、C7025铜镍硅、C2680黄铜和301不锈钢。冲压后,我们采用选择性热处理——铍铜在780°C下固溶退火,然后在320°C下时效硬化。这使硬度达到170–190 HRC,电导率达到22% IACS(国际退火铜标准)。对于镀银接触件,我们使用2 µm镍底镀层和4 µm银顶层,通过连续卷对卷电镀避免边缘堆积。

消除大批量生产中模具磨损的模具设计

我们的级进模在冲头和凹模部分使用碳化钨镶件(K10级)。对于典型的0.2 mm厚接触件,我们在更换镶件前可实现500万次冲程。我们每5万次冲程使用光学比较仪监测模具磨损——当磨损达到0.003 mm时,我们停止生产并进行重磨。这防止了配合卡扣和弹簧臂等关键表面的尺寸漂移。您收到的零件每次都能与配合连接器完美匹配,即使是在第1000万件时也是如此。

每次发货前检验:关键特征100%尺寸检查

当零件较小或价值较高时,我们不进行抽样检验。每个接触件都使用Keyence IM-8000视觉系统测量宽度、高度和弯曲角度(重复精度±0.001 mm)。表面光洁度使用Mitutoyo SJ-210粗糙度仪对5%的批次进行验证。硬度按照ASTM E18标准在洛氏硬度计上测试,公差为±3 HRC。我们在您的货物中附上完整的检验报告,显示所有关键尺寸的Cpk值均高于1.67。
