我们如何控制长母排的平面度而不产生翘曲

长母排(最长600mm)在冲压后容易因铜或铝卷料的内应力而翘曲。我们采用带有内置压印工序的级进模,在材料仍处于料带中时将其压平。下料后,我们对100%的零件进行平面度检测——在整个长度范围内保持0.05mm的平面度,而不仅仅是两端。对于超过300mm的母排,我们在最终校准工序前增加一道180°C、45分钟的应力消除退火处理。这就是为什么我们的母排能够无需垫片或人工敲打即可与电池模组端子紧密贴合。

我们用于母排的材料和热处理

本系列我们冲压三种标准材料:C1100铜(无氧,纯度99.9%)、C1020铜(用于更高导电率)以及6061-T6铝(用于减重)。铜母排提供1/4硬(HV 80-95)或1/2硬(HV 95-110)——您可根据弯曲需求选择。铝制零件在冲压后如需HV 95以上硬度,可进行T6时效处理。我们还提供镀镍或镀锡表面(3-5微米),用于潮湿电池包环境下的耐腐蚀性。每批出货均附带材料证书,显示精确的化学成分和硬度可追溯性。

消除接触边缘毛刺的冲压模具设计

母排边缘的毛刺会导致两个问题:减少接触面积,以及可能刺穿电池包中的绝缘层。我们的模具采用精冲技术,配备V形环压边器,在切割过程中固定材料,在厚度达3mm的边缘上实现100%剪切区(无撕裂区)。我们将模具间隙控制在材料厚度的5%——对于2mm铜材,即每侧0.1mm。每5万次冲程后对模具进行维护,每批次前用数字千分尺测量毛刺高度。您收到的母排毛刺高度低于0.03mm,低于大多数电动汽车组装商的规格要求。

每批母排发货前的检验

我们绝不盲目发货。每批次均经过3步检验:首先,每500个零件抽取5个样品进行三坐标测量机(CMM)检测,检查孔位和总长度(公差±0.02mm);其次,使用轮廓仪对接触区域进行表面粗糙度测试——标准为Ra 0.8,如需Ra 0.4也可提供;第三,在2倍放大下进行100%目视检查,检查毛刺、划痕或变色。对于铜母排,我们还使用电导率仪测量导电率——我们保证C1100达到101% IACS,C1020达到100% IACS。您会随装箱单收到一份完整的PDF检验报告。如有任何零件不合格,我们会在发货前分拣并重新生产。

面向电动汽车生产线的包装和可追溯性

母排必须完好无损且可识别地到达。我们将每个母排单独放入瓦楞托盘的独立槽位中,然后将托盘堆叠在密封纸箱内,上下放置防静电泡沫。每个纸箱贴有标签,标明零件号、批次号、材料炉号和数量。对于大批量订单,我们使用可直接送至您装配线的塑料周转箱——无需重新包装。如果您需要针对保修或召回的单个零件可追溯性,我们还可以在每个母排上激光打标批次代码(高度0.5mm)。这是我们电动汽车客户的标准做法,且不收取额外费用。

面向全球电动汽车客户的运输时间和成本
