· 常见问题

问:你们能冲压的材料最小厚度是多少?最大吨位是多少?

答:我们的冲压设备吨位覆盖[25]吨至[180]吨,材料厚度从0.1mm到6.0mm。请发送图纸评估,我们将提供最匹配的机器和模具方案。

问:模具归谁所有?是否额外收费?

答:模具费用按合同明确分摊或买断。若买断模具,所有权归您,模具由我们免费终身保管维护;若按协议分摊,达到约定冲次后模具费免除。

问:量产后出现质量波动怎么办?

答:每批次首末件数据归档,SPC过程监控预警异常波动。若因我方制造原因导致质量问题,无条件返工或赔偿。

问:能否支持多品种小批量生产?

金属冲压件常用材料清单

1. 冷轧钢板(SPCC/SPCD/SPCE)

SPCC:最常用冷轧钢,冲压成型性好,价格低廉。用途:电子设备机箱、支架、屏蔽壳。

SPCD/SPCE:深冲级,适合拉伸成型不易开裂。用途:电机端盖、深腔外壳、复杂拉伸件。

2. 不锈钢(SUS304/SUS301/SUS316)

SUS304:最常用,耐腐蚀耐热,冲压后无磁性。用途:电子弹片、弹簧夹、医疗器械支架。

SUS301:可通过热处理强化,弹性好,硬度可调。用途:高弹性接触片、开关弹片、连接器端子。

SUS316:耐酸碱性能更强。用途:半导体设备零件、化学环境结构件。

3. 铜及铜合金(导电导热用)

紫铜T2:导电率高,延展性好。用途:电池汇流排、导电连接器、散热基板。

黄铜H62/H65:易冲压、耐磨、可电镀。用途:电子连接器、端子、散热器紧固件。

磷铜C5191:弹性优异、疲劳寿命长。用途:精密弹簧、开关触点、弹性连接器。

4. 铝合金(轻量化散热)

AL5052:冲压成型性优异、耐腐蚀。用途:电子面板、机箱外壳、屏蔽盒。

AL6061:高强度、可热处理、可阳极氧化。应用:机器人结构支架、散热器基板、力框架。

AL1050/1060:纯铝,导电导热性能优良,质地柔软易成型。用途:散热片、导电母线、电池极片。

5. 高强度钢/合金钢(耐冲击、耐磨)

65Mn:高碳弹簧钢,热处理后弹性优异。用途:弹簧、弹性垫圈、高应力弹性件。

SK5/SK7:碳素工具钢,高硬度、高耐磨性。用途:刀片冲压件、耐磨垫片、工装镶件。

42CrMo:高强度合金钢,可热处理。用途:重型机械结构件、高强度紧固支架。

6. 特殊及稀有金属(定制需求)

钛合金TC4:超轻、超强、生物相容性好。用途:高端医疗器械、航空航天精密支架。

镍合金(INCONEL系列):耐超高温、耐极端腐蚀。用途:航空发动机密封件、深海设备零件。
