我们如何在高速冲压中保持±0.01 mm精度

我们的冲床运行速度为每分钟200至600冲次,但速度并不决定精度。我们采用带硬质合金镶件的级进模,模具经过镜面研磨,并且每50,000冲次后重新认证模具磨损情况。带材通过伺服驱动送料装置引导,配备闭环长度控制,从源头消除节距误差。我们还对关键引线尖端进行100%光学检测——而非抽样检测——确保您收到的每个框架的每个引脚位置均与CAD文件完全一致。

防止引线疲劳的材料与热处理工艺

我们常备C19400(铜铁合金)、C70250(铜镍硅合金)和Alloy 42(铁镍合金),厚度范围为0.10 mm至0.50 mm。对于高循环应用,我们指定使用半硬或全硬状态的C19400,典型硬度为120–160 HV。如需更高强度,我们可在冲压后将Alloy 42热处理至180–220 HV,但我们会严格控制工艺,确保表面无氧化皮。未经确认带材的轧制方向,我们不会进行折弯、去应力或电镀。

我们保证的选择性电镀与可焊性

大多数引线框架的失效发生在界面处,而非冲压本身。因此,我们仅在键合区域提供选择性镀银(2.5–5.0 µm)和镍钯金镀层(0.5–1.0 µm),其余部分保持裸材以降低成本。我们按照JIS C 0050标准进行可焊性测试,使用润湿平衡法确认蒸汽老化后无零润湿现象。如果您采用无铅回流焊,我们可以预先验证与您的锡膏曲线的兼容性——只需发送温度曲线即可。

每次发货前的尺寸检测

除非首件和末件通过相同的检测标准,否则我们不会发货任何批次。我们的QC实验室配备分辨率为0.5 µm的CNC视觉测量机、用于Ra检测的轮廓仪,以及按ASTM E18校准的硬度计。每笔订单我们都会出具尺寸报告,涵盖引线宽度、引线节距、共面性和毛刺高度。毛刺高度控制在材料厚度的5%以下——这是我们的内部标准,而非客户要求。

适用于芯片贴装的包装与防静电保护

框架以防静电托盘或13英寸卷盘交付,具体取决于您的贴片生产线。我们在层间使用防氧化纸,并将卷盘真空密封在防潮袋中,附带干燥剂和湿度指示卡。如果您运行自动化芯片贴装,我们可以增加可剥离覆盖膜以防止灰尘积聚。每个箱子都带有批号,便于您追溯带材卷、模具编号和操作人员至具体班次。

从打样到量产,无模具意外

我们在10天内制造原型模具,并发送50至200件样品供您进行装配测试。样品确认后,我们将相同的模具几何结构转移到淬硬的生产模具中——无需重新设计,无公差漂移。我们将原型模具存档24个月,因此您的下一次改版可从已知基准开始。这就是我们确保您的项目持续推进的方式,无论您需要200件还是200万件。

单件成本与总拥有成本
