为什么冲压接触弹簧在高振动玩具中优于线圈弹簧

线圈弹簧在振动下会滚动和移位,导致遥控车或发声娃娃出现间歇性断电。冲压接触弹簧通过带两个定位凹点的平底座固定,因此不会旋转。弹簧臂的弯曲半径(最小0.3 mm)由硬质模具保证,而非线材成型机,确保零件间力值一致。我们对每个生产批次(而非仅首件)使用数字推拉力计测量接触力。在最近一批遥控卡车电池盒的出货中,100%的零件在1.5 mm挠度下保持1.0 N ± 0.15 N。这就是货架上正常工作的玩具与玩耍第一小时就失效的玩具之间的区别。

我们使用的弹簧长寿命材料和热处理工艺

我们采用三种成熟的带材材料:C5191磷青铜(厚度0.2–0.5 mm)、SUS301不锈钢(回火至3/4H)以及C7521镍银(耐腐蚀)。对于高循环玩具,我们使用40–46 HRC的SUS301——硬度足以抵抗永久变形,但在薄截面下不会脆断。磷青铜零件不进行热处理,依靠冲压过程中的加工硬化。不锈钢弹簧在真空炉中于400°C下进行30分钟的应力消除退火,以去除弯曲产生的内应力。这一步骤使我们的弹簧在10,000次压缩循环后恢复至原始高度的98%。我们还提供接触尖端镀金或镀锡(0.5–1.0 µm),以减少氧化并将接触电阻保持在50 mΩ以下。

模具钢选材与型腔数量,助您降低单件成本

接触尖端必须光滑,以避免刮伤电池端子并确保低电阻。我们将所有切割边缘的毛刺高度控制在最大0.05 mm,当规格更严格时可采用精冲选项。接触区域的表面光洁度标准为Ra 0.8 µm,通过二次碾压模具可实现Ra 0.4 µm。对于电源端子,我们在尖端施加压印平面区——这使接触面积增加30%并减少电阻漂移。每个零件均使用20倍光学投影仪检查毛刺方向。毛刺必须朝向电池滑动方向的相反侧,确保零件在插入过程中不会刮擦电池套筒。

我们不会在没有完整检验报告的情况下发货。对于每个批次,我们按每10,000件抽取32件(AQL 0.65)并测量五个关键尺寸:弹簧臂长度、弯曲角度、接触尖端位置、底座平面度和孔径。接触力在带测力传感器的电动测试台上测试,绘制与挠度的关系曲线,并与您批准样品的标准曲线进行对比。我们还对镀层零件进行盐雾测试(24小时,5% NaCl),确认接触尖端无锈蚀。检验报告包含CMM数据(如要求)、材料厂证书和镀层厚度读数。您在发货后24小时内收到此PDF——无需催促,无意外。
