热阻可控:从0.05°C/W到0.5°C/W,白纸黑字明确规格

我们不会猜测热性能。每个散热器设计在切割金属之前都会使用有限元分析(FEA)进行仿真。对于给定的翅片高度、翅片厚度和底板厚度,我们可以将热阻控制在目标值的±5%以内。如果您需要在1 m/s风速下达到0.12°C/W,我们会加工出相应的几何形状来实现这一精确数值。我们已为IGBT模块、激光二极管和电动汽车电池充电器生产过散热器,这些应用的热预算都是不可妥协的。我们在东莞拥有20年历史的工厂,CNC加工能力可将翅片间距控制在1.5 mm,公差为0.05 mm,这正是实现精确热控制的关键。

材料选择与硬度:6061-T6 vs. 6063-T5 vs. C1100铜

根据您的热负荷和机械负荷选择基材。对于大多数电力电子应用,我们推荐6061-T6铝:其硬度为95 HRB,加工性能良好,导热系数为167 W/m·K。如果您需要更高的耐腐蚀性或更好的阳极氧化质量,6063-T5较软(73 HRB),但挤压成型更干净,表面处理后可达到更均匀的Ra 0.4 µm。对于最大散热需求——如高密度LED阵列或射频放大器——C1100铜提供391 W/m·K的导热系数,但重量是铝的3.3倍。这三种材料我们均在厂内加工。我们还提供镀镍铜,适用于可焊接表面。请告知您的工作温度和周围风速;我们将在您的图纸中明确材料和硬度规格。

我们如何加工翅片间隙而不产生弯曲或撕裂

薄翅片是大多数CNC加工厂的难点。我们使用4轴和5轴加工中心,配备80 bar压力的主轴贯通冷却液。这可以防止切屑焊接,并保持翅片表面无毛刺。我们的标准翅片厚度为1.2 mm,但可以降至0.8 mm,高厚比可达20:1。刀具跳动控制在0.005 mm以内,这就是为什么我们可以加工40翅片阵列,总宽度公差为±0.1 mm。我们不使用EDM加工翅片——它会留下再铸层,降低热传递效率。始终采用纯铣削工艺。

每次发货前检验:平面度、粗糙度和CMM报告

每个散热器在出厂前都会经过全面的尺寸检查。我们使用分辨率为0.001 mm的三坐标测量机(CMM)来验证所有关键安装尺寸。表面光洁度使用轮廓仪测量,而非目测。平面度在花岗岩平板平台上用千分表检查。检验报告——包括热仿真结果——随零件一同发货,报告也可提供PDF版本供您的来料质检使用。如果尺寸超出规格,我们将免费重新加工。在过去14个月中,我们未发运过任何有缺陷的散热器。

交期与最小起订量:原型7天,无最小起订量

原型散热器在图纸批准后7个工作日内完成加工。100至10,000件的量产订单在15至20天内发货。没有最小起订量——我们接受单件测试订单。这得益于我们在中国的工厂24/7运转,并备有标准尺寸的6061-T6和C1100坯料。对于紧急需求,我们可以加急在72小时内交付原型,需加收20%的加急费。单价随数量可预测地下降:100 x 100 x 20 mm的铝制散热器,100件时约$3.50/件,1,000件时约$2.20/件,5,000件时约$1.80/件。

表面处理选项:透明阳极氧化、黑色阳极氧化或化学镀镍

裸铝很少是最终方案。透明阳极氧化(8–12 µm厚度)可将表面发射率从0.09提高到0.77,辐射冷却效率提升高达40%。黑色阳极氧化在此基础上再增加5%。对于铜,我们推荐化学镀镍(5–10 µm)以防止氧化并保持可焊性。所有处理都在距工厂3公里的合作设施中完成,因此不存在跨境运输延误。如果您需要特定的军工或汽车级表面处理,请发送您的规格书,我们将进行匹配。
