为什么您的接触器需要公差±0.01 mm的冲压零件

接触电阻和灭弧性能取决于固定触点与动触点之间的间隙。如果冲压触桥偏差0.05 mm,触点间隙就会偏移,燃弧时间延长,继电器将无法通过10万次循环测试。我们的级进模研磨精度达±0.005 mm,每批次均使用三坐标测量机(CMM)进行验证。自2018年以来,我们已为欧洲和北美的Tier 1电动汽车供应商冲压超过4000万件接触器零件。

匹配您电弧烧蚀规格的材料与热处理

我们常备C1100铜、C17200铍铜、带银覆层的T2铜,以及用于弹簧和外壳的304/316L不锈钢。对于动触点,我们采用铜基体上镶嵌CuW(钨铜)嵌件,以耐受600 V直流电弧。热处理在厂内完成:铍铜固溶退火(硬度36–42 HRC),钢制磁轭选择性淬硬至45 HRC。热处理不外协,确保批次间硬度无漂移。

面向大批量冲压的模具设计——无毛刺、无翘曲

我们使用AutoForm仿真自主设计级进模。每套模具至少12个工位:导正、落料、压印、折弯和精修。我们将冲头与凹模间隙控制在材料厚度的5%——消除接触器壳体内滑动边缘上超过0.03 mm的毛刺。对于φ1.0 mm以下的孔,我们使用线切割镶件,确保50万次冲程内孔位精度保持在±0.015 mm以内。

Ra 0.8表面光洁度与银覆层工艺,实现低接触电阻

高压接触器承载250 A持续电流;触点表面任何氧化层都会使温度升高10–20°C。我们将触点表面抛光至Ra 0.8,并在触点尖端选择性施加厚度0.2–0.5 mm的银覆层(Ag 99.9%)。这使每对触点的接触电阻稳定低于0.5 mΩ。我们还提供端子片镀锡(5–8 µm)处理,用于密封外壳内的耐腐蚀要求。

每次发货前检验——CMM、投影仪和硬度记录

每批次均提供首件检验(FAI)报告,包含3D CMM数据,并使用光学投影仪对关键触点间隙尺寸进行100%全检。每批次抽取3件测量硬度(洛氏C标尺),并使用轮廓仪记录表面粗糙度。您将收到包含实际数值的PDF报告,而非仅一份合格证书。若任何零件超出公差,我们将在包装前进行100%分选。

交期与无起订量——从原型到每月50万件

我们运行35吨至250吨高速冲床,冲速200–600次/分钟。原型件使用单发模具,7天内发货。量产件在模具验收后标准交期为15天。无起订量——可订购50件用于台架测试,也可订购50万件用于整车量产。我们常备C1100、C17200和304SS原材料卷料,您的首单无需等待材料采购。

成本构成:模具分摊与批量单价

以带银覆层的电动汽车接触器触桥为例,模具费用根据工位数量在1,200至3,500美元之间。订购10,000件时,单价为0.85美元;订购100,000件时,单价降至0.42美元。我们透明公开模具成本结构——您仅支付模具费用,无隐藏设置费。我们还提供模具保管计划:12个月内重复下单,模具免费存放。
