无需二次磨削即可控制触点间隙的模具设计

我们的模具组采用固定脱料板设计,配备氮气弹簧系统,在每分钟400次冲程下将料带保持在模具表面0.003 mm以内。这一点至关重要,因为继电器簧片的性能取决于其间隙重复性。标准冲压簧片在弯曲后可能出现0.05 mm的间隙偏移;我们的产品保持在0.01 mm以内。我们通过在成型工位同时进行触点凸点压印(而非单独工序)来实现这一精度。最终得到的簧片可直接装入继电器组件,无需手动调整——无需二次磨削,无需分选。

我们用于弹簧记忆效应的材料与热处理工艺

本系列常备五种基材:C5191磷青铜(厚度0.2–1.0 mm)、C7521镍银、304不锈钢、BeCu C17200铍铜,以及用于高温继电器的42Ni-6Cr铁镍合金。对于银触点,我们在冲压前焊接或铆接AgSnO2或AgCdO触点。热处理在真空炉中进行,青铜为320°C,铍铜为480°C,最终弹簧臂硬度为48–52 HRC,触点表面硬度为85–90 HRB。我们将晶粒度控制在ASTM 6–8级,确保簧片在1000万次动作后不发生开裂并保持稳定形态。

触点表面的光洁度与毛刺控制

触点表面是与配合端子接触的唯一区域,因此我们将其毛刺控制在0.01 mm以下。冲压后,簧片在陶瓷介质中翻滚20分钟以去除微边,然后通过高压空气清洗。如果您的图纸要求镀金(0.1–0.3 µm)或镀镍底层(1–3 µm),我们会在翻滚后采用选择性电镀——而非之前——以避免镀层在弯曲半径处开裂。触点区域表面光洁度为Ra 0.2 µm,弹簧臂表面光洁度保持在Ra 0.8 µm以降低应力集中。

每次发货前的检验:我们对100%零件进行的测量项目

我们不抽样——我们在包装前对100%的簧片进行测量。使用基恩士IM-8000光学测量仪,检查每个零件的触点间隙、总长度和弯曲角度。对于电气性能,我们使用四线微欧计对随机5%的样品验证接触电阻低于15 mΩ。我们还对样品批次进行50次动作测试,以确认无粘连或弹跳超过0.5 ms。每次发货均附带包含Cpk值的尺寸报告——在零件装入包装盒之前,您将看到关键间隙尺寸的Cpk为1.67或更高。

我们为何不收取样品模具修改费用

中国大多数冲压厂会告诉您继电器簧片模具太小,无法低成本修改。我们不同意这种说法。由于我们的级进模采用模块化镶件内部制造,只需更换受影响的工位——而非整个模具——即可改变弯曲半径或触点直径。这意味着您的首批200件原型试制仅需支付材料和机器工时费用,无需支付新模具费用。如果您后续需要更换材料,只要厚度不变,我们免费调整热处理周期。

包装与交付:条带、散件或编带包装

您可以选择三种形式接收这些簧片。条带(最长200 mm)保持节距完整,适用于自动化继电器组装;散件经翻滚后装入防静电袋;编带包装适用于表面贴装继电器外壳。对于散件,我们使用振动盘送料器将其定向排列成单排后计数,确保每袋精确1,000或10,000件——绝无数量短缺。从东莞空运至洛杉矶需3天,海运需12天。如果簧片带有银或金触点镀层,我们使用含干燥剂的防潮袋包装。

定制继电器触点簧片的最低起订量是多少?

无起订量——我们接受200件的原型订单和1,000至500万件的生产订单,均使用同一套模具。

发送图纸后能否更改触点材料?

可以,只要触点直径保持在同一工位尺寸范围内,我们可以在AgSnO2、AgCdO或镀金之间切换,无需重新开模。

你们如何验证生产批次的间隙重复性?

我们使用基恩士IM-8000对100%的零件进行测量,并在发货文件中报告触点间隙尺寸的Cpk≥1.67。
