为什么每块板的流场深度保持在±0.02 mm以内

流道深度变化会严重影响燃料电池效率。0.05 mm的差异会使局部压降改变11%,并可能导致膜饥饿。我们的冲压模具研磨至0.005 mm轮廓公差,然后使用Keyence IM-8000对每块板进行100%光学扫描——不是抽样,也不是批量——而是逐块检测。扫描每块流场映射1,200个点,并标记任何深度超出±0.02 mm的流道。每次发货均附带数字报告,您可以追溯每块板中每个流道的精确深度。

能够在5000+小时酸性电解质环境中生存的材料

双极板处于pH 2–3、80 °C的环境中。标准316L不锈钢会腐蚀并浸出金属离子,毒化催化剂。我们提供三种经过验证的选项:316L镀1.5 µm化学镀镍磷涂层(硬度850 HV)、SS 304镀金边缘密封(0.3 µm),以及钛2级溅射铂层(0.5 µm)。对于大批量电堆,我们还冲压0.1 mm厚的石墨复合材料,无需任何涂层。每种材料在批准生产前均经过500小时加速酸浸泡批量测试。

我们如何控制回弹,使您的板材平面度保持在0.05 mm

冲压金属总会回弹。如果不进行补偿,200 mm宽的板材在释放后会弯曲0.3 mm,这一间隙会破坏与膜的密封。我们通过计算量(基于50件试冲测量)对模具进行过弯补偿,然后以冲床吨位的80%进行二次精压步骤。这使最终平面度达到每100 mm 0.05 mm,使用花岗岩平台和千分表测量。对于宽度超过250 mm的板材,我们提供去应力退火(400 °C,2小时),可将平面度锁定在0.03 mm。

模具寿命和保养,使您的单件成本低于$0.40

磨损的模具会在10,000次冲程内改变流道几何形状。我们的D2工具钢模具经真空淬火至60–62 HRC并镀TiN涂层,首次重磨前寿命可达500,000次冲程。我们每50,000次冲程使用激光轮廓仪监测模具磨损,并将数据记录在您的零件文件中。如果流道偏移超过0.01 mm,我们会停机并重磨模具——您永远不会收到尺寸漂移的批次。典型单件成本(0.1 mm 316L,100 cm²有效面积)在年产100,000件时为$0.35–0.40。

每次发货前检验:光学扫描、泄漏测试和硬度检查

每块板经过三项检查。首先,Keyence光学扫描检查流道深度、宽度和平面度(如上所述)。其次,在2 bar压力下进行氦气泄漏测试——泄漏率必须低于1×10⁻⁶ mbar·L/s。第三,对涂层表面进行显微维氏硬度测试(Ni-P目标850 HV,±50 HV)。我们将原始数据文件附在装箱单中。如果您需要第三方检验(SGS或TÜV),我们会暂扣货物直至通过——不收取额外费用,仅延迟2天。

无需全套模具费用的定制流场设计

并非所有电堆都使用标准蛇形或平行流道模式。如果您有定制流场(例如交指型、螺旋型或仿生型),我们可以使用激光加工从0.1 mm薄板上切割原型,切缝0.02 mm,然后在您的测试台上进行验证。一旦您批准,我们将几何形状转换为量产硬模。原型交期5天,如果您订购超过5,000块板,我们将免除模具设计费。对于标准模式,我们现有模具覆盖90%的常见PEM尺寸(50–400 cm²),无需模具费用。

运输和包装,在运输途中保护0.05 mm平面度

薄板在箱中容易弯曲。我们将每块板用0.5 mm泡沫隔片堆叠,放入刚性塑料托盘,并真空密封在防腐蚀薄膜中。托盘再用角部泡沫块装箱,防止任何边缘冲击。小订单通过DHL或FedEx发货(1–2天到达美国/欧盟),大批量订单通过海运(25–30天到达洛杉矶或鹿特丹)。每个包装包含湿度指示卡——如果变粉,说明板材暴露于湿气中,我们将免费更换。

如何避免双极板常见冲压缺陷
