我们如何在转子轴和轴承座上保持0.01 mm跳动量

跳动量会严重影响伺服性能。我们在5轴DMG MORI铣床上一次装夹完成转子轴和轴承座的加工,消除了重复装夹误差。我们使用Talyrond 365圆度仪测量每根轴,而非手工量具。典型结果:Ø25 mm轴承轴颈的圆跳动为0.008 mm。对于超过300 mm的长轴,我们使用中心架并在CAM后处理器中补偿热膨胀。如果您的图纸要求0.02 mm,我们能达到0.01 mm;如果要求0.005 mm,我们会提前告知您该公差是否仅能通过磨削实现。

我们用于伺服外壳和轴的材料及热处理

伺服零件承受热量、振动和持续扭矩。我们常备6061-T6铝材用于外壳——屈服强度276 MPa,然后硬质阳极氧化至相当于HRC 60的表面硬度。对于轴,我们使用预硬化的4140钢(HRC 28-32),或17-4PH不锈钢用于腐蚀性冲洗环境。如需渗碳淬火轴,我们将8620钢渗碳至HRC 58-62,深度0.8-1.2 mm。我们也会使用1215易切削钢进行原型试制,然后转用4140钢量产。所有材料证书随货附上,可追溯至炉号。

表面光洁度和倒角:为什么密封直径上的Ra 0.4 µm至关重要

旋转密封件在粗糙表面上会快速失效。我们将密封直径车削至Ra 0.4 µm,当您的规格要求时抛光至Ra 0.2 µm。对于铝外壳,我们使用金刚石刀片,转速2500 RPM,进给量0.05 mm/转——这能产生抛光效果,无需二次抛光。每个锐边均倒角或倒圆0.2 mm,手工去毛刺后滚磨30分钟。无毛刺、无尖角。我们不会将有加工痕迹的零件发运——我们均匀倒角,且均在阳极氧化前完成,而非之后。

每次发货前的检验:CMM报告和跳动量证书

每笔订单您都会收到完整的检验报告,不仅限于PPAP。我们使用Zeiss CMM对所有关键特征进行尺寸检测——孔位、孔径和端面平面度。跳动量在Talyrond上测量,并将实际极坐标图附在报告中。表面光洁度使用Mitutoyo SJ-210粗糙度仪验证。批量超过100件时,每托盘抽检5件;小批量则100%全检。如发现任何尺寸偏移,我们立即停机并重新装夹。您绝不会收到缺少报告的批次。

交期和无最小起订量:从1件原型到5,000件批量

我们实行无最小起订量政策。发送一张图纸,7天内交付1件。量产方面,500件15天,5,000件25天。我们常备6061-T6和4140棒料,直径范围Ø10 mm至Ø250 mm。对于铝外壳,我们有8台带第四轴的CNC铣床;对于轴,有6台带动力刀具的CNC车床。这意味着无需等待材料,也无需排队等候机器。如需加急,我们可以分两班生产,交期缩短30%——请咨询加急费率。

包装和运输:机加工钢制伺服零件的防锈措施

钢轴到货时保证无锈,否则我们承担损失。我们使用VCI(气相防锈)纸包裹,然后将每个零件放入带干燥剂的独立塑料袋中。对于铝制零件,我们使用防静电泡沫托盘防止阳极氧化表面刮伤。出口木箱为胶合板材质,经过热处理并加盖ISPM-15标识。小批量通过DHL或FedEx运输(至美国/欧盟3-5天),整托盘通过海运(至洛杉矶或汉堡30-35天)。每个箱子附有包含采购订单号的装箱单和可扫描查看检验报告的二维码。
