为什么7075-T6在云台臂和电机座方面优于6061-T6

大多数工厂默认使用6061-T6,因为它便宜。我们不这样做。对于必须承载500g相机负载而不发生弯曲的云台臂,我们推荐7075-T6铝合金。其屈服强度为503 MPa,而6061仅为276 MPa,高出82%。每个零件的额外成本约为15%,但您消除了振动引起的模糊。如果您正在构建总重量低于150g的轻量级FPV云台,我们可以将6061-T6加工至0.8 mm壁厚——这之所以可能,是因为我们的5轴CNC铣床能在无振颤的情况下保持公差。

我们如何在旋转云台轴上实现3µm跳动精度

与您的云台电机完美对齐的螺纹和孔位

云台电机座使用M2、M2.5和M3螺纹。问题在于:将螺钉交叉拧入软铝零件会立即损坏螺纹。我们通过使用成型螺纹铣刀而非丝锥来解决这一问题。螺纹铣刀压缩金属晶粒,使螺纹强度比切削螺纹提高20%。我们还在每个螺纹入口处添加0.2 mm倒角,确保螺钉顺畅滑入而不会交叉拧入。对于安装电机的六个孔,我们保持相对于中心孔10µm的位置度。这确保您的电机与云台臂完美垂直,这对于IMU计算准确的稳定角度至关重要。

表面处理选项:从密封用Ra 0.8到沙漠无人机用硬质阳极氧化

您根据无人机飞行环境选择表面处理。对于室内或轻度户外使用,我们提供Ra 0.8 µm的透明阳极氧化——这是云台臂的标准选择,因为它能抵抗操作时的刮擦。对于沙漠或盐水环境,我们进行硬质阳极氧化(Type III),厚度40-50 µm,硬度350-400 HV。这种涂层完全阻止沙蚀和盐腐蚀。对于相互滑动的零件(如减震支架),我们提供25 µm的化学镀镍。其摩擦系数为0.4,使减震器平滑滑动而不会产生粘滑现象。所有表面处理均在加工后应用,因此我们报价的尺寸是最终涂层后的尺寸,而非涂层前的尺寸。

每次发货前的检测:CMM、气动量仪和目视检查
