我们如何在旋转表圈座上保持0.01 mm跳动度

表圈座的跳动会导致旋转环摆动和垫片压缩不均。我们通过在我们的Citizen L20和Star SR-32瑞士机床上,在同一夹紧工序中加工内孔和外座来消除这一问题。我们使用带C轴分度的动力刀具,将主轴锁定在0.0001度,然后在不松开零件的情况下切削螺纹和轴承滚道。这种单次装夹方法保持了紧密的几何关系,我们每10件在Zeiss Contura三坐标测量机上用0.5 µm测针进行验证。

我们用于表圈和表冠零件的材料与热处理

我们常备316L不锈钢(1.4404)、904L(1.4539)和5级钛合金(6Al-4V)用于表圈和表冠。对于淬硬钢表冠,我们使用H900状态的17-4PH,硬度为40-44 HRC,具有良好的耐腐蚀性。我们还处理6061-T6铝用于轻量表圈,以及304不锈钢用于经济型量产。热处理在厂内真空炉中完成,因此我们不会因外部供应商而损失时间或公差。我们将渗氮表冠的硬化层深度控制在0.05 mm,防止滚花边缘表面脆化。

可见手表零件的表面光洁度与边缘质量

表圈和表冠是可见零件,因此我们将平面光洁度加工至Ra 0.4 µm,密封面光洁度至Ra 0.2 µm。我们采用三步抛光工艺:首先使用320目砂带,然后使用600目磨料,最后使用带1 µm金刚石研磨膏的棉轮进行镜面抛光。对于拉丝表面,我们使用带240目氧化铝的缎面轮,在整个圆周上留下均匀的0.5 µm Ra。我们将所有锐边倒角至0.1 mm半径,因为表冠上的锐边会钩住衬衫袖口并快速磨损。激光雕刻标志或深度标记在精加工后进行,因此标记深度一致为0.02 mm。

表冠重要的螺纹和滚花细节

表冠具有小螺纹(M1.6至M3.5),必须与柄轴顺畅啮合。我们在瑞士机床上使用螺纹旋风铣附件,在螺纹侧面产生类似滚压的Ra 0.4 µm表面光洁度。这降低了表冠拧到钢制柄轴上时发生咬合的风险。对于滚花,我们使用45°菱形图案,节距0.3 mm,并将滚花深度控制在0.15 mm,使抓握表面具有触感但不脆弱。我们用激光测微计测量滚花外径,因为变形的滚花无法正确贴合表壳中层。

每次表圈和表冠订单发货前的检验

每批表圈和表冠都经过3阶段检验。首先,我们在重复精度为0.5 µm的Zeiss三坐标测量机上检查尺寸,涵盖所有关键直径、螺纹中径和跳动值。其次,我们在10倍立体显微镜下进行目视检查,检查边缘倒角、划痕或刀具痕迹。第三,我们对样品表冠进行功能测试:将其拧到测试柄轴上并循环500次,确保啮合顺畅。我们将三坐标测量报告保存为PDF格式,并附在发货邮件中。您获得的是数据,而不仅仅是质量承诺。

精密手表零件的运输与包装

我们将表圈和表冠包装在防静电泡沫托盘中,每个零件有独立槽位,然后将托盘密封在带干燥剂的真空袋中。对于超过500件的订单,我们使用带泡沫内衬的硬质塑料盒,防止运输过程中任何金属间接触。我们通过DHL Express或FedEx国际优先服务发货,到美国、欧盟或日本的典型运输时间为3–5天。包装价值按海关要求正确申报,但我们将货物标记为“精密金属零件”以避免不必要的延误。我们免费为每批货物投保全值。
