这是我们的核心产品线:用于手术器械、植入物试模、骨螺钉和骨科钻套的钛合金组件,在5轴DMG MORI加工中心上完成。我们提供±0.005 mm位置公差,关键直径跳动≤0.005 mm,从图纸批准到发货的标准交期为10天。根据材料牌号(Ti-6Al-4V ELI退火态),硬度控制在30–48 HRC,每批次随货附完整CMM检测报告。

为什么我们在专用5轴生产线上加工钛合金,而非共用CNC设备

钛合金易加工硬化且易产生振动。如果与钢件共用主轴,微颤振会破坏表面质量并埋下残余应力隐患。BQUQ专门设立独立生产单元,配备五台DMG MORI DMU 50机床,仅用于医疗级钛合金加工。我们通过刀柄内部提供80 bar高压冷却液,有效断屑并防止粘刀。结果:骨接触表面稳定达到Ra 0.2–0.4 µm,无返工,2024年一次通过率达99.2%。

我们常备库存、可立即切削的材料牌号

我们无需等待您的材料。仓库常备ASTM F136(Ti-6Al-4V ELI)圆棒和板材、用于植入物的ASTM F67(2级纯钛)、以及用于高磨损关节面的Ti-6Al-7Nb(ASTM F1295)。所有材料均附带MTR(钢厂检测报告),棒材100%超声波检测。需要特定晶粒度或β退火组织?我们可按您的规格采购——但标准交期仍为10天,因为常用牌号已在现场备货。

可耐受高压灭菌循环的表面处理和阳极氧化

仅机械加工不足以满足手术要求。我们提供三种表面处理选项:(1) 喷砂处理,表面粗糙度3–5 µm,利于骨长入;(2) 机械抛光至Ra 0.2 µm,用于关节面;(3) II型阳极氧化,电压40–60 V,实现蓝、金、紫色颜色编码,经500次高压灭菌循环(按ISO 17664测试)不脱落。激光打标方面,我们使用5轴光纤激光器蚀刻UDI码,字高0.3 mm,经200次循环后仍可读取。

细长钛合金轴的跳动控制

长骨钻和导针加工难度大:切削力下易发生挠曲。常规工艺跳动为0.03 mm。我们做得更好。采用活顶尖两顶尖装夹,长度超过100 mm的零件使用跟刀架支撑。对于150 mm钻杆,我们保证总指示跳动(TIR)≤0.008 mm。该数值在Talyrond 585圆度仪上验证,而非V型块。TIR值记录在检测报告中——绝无猜测。

每次发货前检测:CMM、视觉检测和硬度测试

每批CNC加工钛合金医疗器械零件均经过三道检测关卡。首先,蔡司CMM按照ASME Y14.5-2018标准扫描关键特征(孔、螺纹、型腔)并对照您的GD&T要求。其次,基恩士IM-8000视觉系统以20倍放大倍率检查表面缺陷和边缘倒角。第三,洛氏硬度计在实际零件上(而非试样)验证任何热处理组件的硬度。我们附上PDF和CSV格式原始数据——绝不选择性提供。若尺寸出现偏差,我们立即停产,绝不发货。

螺纹和骨螺钉兼容性:小直径采用切削而非滚压

对于M3以下螺钉,钛合金因加工硬化导致滚压螺纹不可靠。我们在瑞士型车床上采用0.2 mm刀尖圆弧半径单点切削螺纹,实现60°牙型角,10 mm长度上螺距误差≤0.02 mm。对于M3–M6,我们使用主轴上螺纹旋风铣削——比切削更快、强度更高。我们使用螺纹通止规和三线螺距测量进行验证。如果您指定特殊螺纹形式(如用于松质骨的非对称螺纹),我们直接从您的CAD编程,无需额外刀具费用。

热处理和去应力退火确保长期尺寸稳定性

残留应力的钛合金零件在加工后会发生变形——有时0.02 mm,有时更多,取决于壁厚。为防止这一问题,我们对壁厚小于1.5 mm或长度超过80 mm的零件,在真空炉(氩气回充)中于650–700°C进行1–2小时去应力退火。对于植入物试模组件,我们还提供Ti-6Al-4V ELI时效处理(最高48 HRC)以提高耐磨性。除非您在采购订单上明确注明"无需去应力",否则我们不会跳过此步骤。

包装和可追溯性:无纸化,完全符合UDI要求

我们采用洁净室兼容、防静电托盘发货,每个零件有独立槽位。每个托盘带有2D DataMatrix码,关联批次记录:材料炉号、CNC程序版本、操作员ID、检测结果和日期。这满足FDA 21 CFR Part 820可追溯性要求。我们还提供由质量经理签署的合格证书(CoC)。如需无菌包装,我们可以免费真空密封于Tyvek袋(ISO 11607)——只需在图纸上标注"无菌"即可。

薄壁钛合金管的紧公差加工方法

许多医疗器械使用薄壁管(如Ø8 mm × 0.5 mm壁厚)用于导引器或套管。这类零件最难加工且易产生椭圆度。我们采用内部定制膨胀芯轴夹持,而非外部弹簧夹头。这将椭圆度从常规0.05 mm降至≤0.02 mm。同时将进给速度降至0.02 mm/转,并使用0.4 mm刀尖圆弧半径刀片分散切削力。如果您有此几何形状,请在RFQ中注明"薄壁"——我们将在切削前发送夹具图纸供您批准。

我们无法加工的零件(如实说明限制)

我们不在这些生产线上处理镍钛诺(形状记忆合金)——这需要专用线切割设备,我们外包处理。我们也不承接M2以下钛合金内螺纹深度超过3倍直径的零件;丝锥断裂风险过高。对于这些情况,我们建议更改设计或采用混合装配方案。其他一切——复杂5轴轮廓、倒扣、内部通道——我们均在厂内加工。请发送您的图纸,我们将在12小时内告知是否可行及报价。

从原型到量产,无起订量限制

您无需订购500件来测试。我们可加工单件原型,价格$150–$400(视尺寸和复杂度而定),使用与量产相同的刀具和检测流程。若您批准,我们将CNC程序和夹具图纸存档。下季度需要1,000件时,12个月内重新下单免收设置费。这就是我们"无起订量"的含义——从1件到10,000件,我们以同样的精密制造标准对待每一笔订单。

问:定制钛合金零件的最小起订量是多少?

答:无起订量——我们接受1件原型,也接受10,000件量产订单,小批量无价格惩罚。

问:可以直接根据我的3D模型加工吗?

答:可以,我们接受STEP、IGES或STL文件;对于铸造或锻造毛坯,我们也接受带GD&T标注的2D图纸。

问:单件原型如何保证质量?

答:每件原型均经过与量产件相同的CMM、视觉和硬度检测——随货附完整检测报告。

问:紧急订单的交期是多久?

答:标准交期10天,但我们提供5天加急服务(仅限纯加工件,不含阳极氧化或热处理),加收15%费用。
