我们如何在复杂几何形状上保持±0.005毫米精度

我们的CNC加工零件供应商制造流程始于刚性夹具。我们使用液压虎钳和定制软爪以减少振动。对于薄壁零件,我们使用真空吸盘以避免变形。刀具路径在CAM软件中生成,采用摆线铣削以控制热量。在每个关键尺寸上,我们使用Renishaw MP700接触式测头进行在线检测。这会在最终走刀前检查刀具偏移。对于孔加工,当公差小于0.01毫米时,我们使用铰刀和镗杆而非标准钻头。结果:所有关键特征的Cpk值均高于1.67。我们不依赖机床的标称精度——我们测量、调整、再测量。

我们用于承重零件的材料与热处理

我们仓库常备12种常用合金以缩短您的交期。铝合金方面,我们使用6061-T6和7075-T651。钢材方面,我们使用1215、1045、4140和4340。不锈钢方面,我们使用303、304和316L。工具钢方面,我们使用D2、A2和M2。塑料方面,我们使用PEEK、Delrin(POM)和PTFE。热处理在厂内真空炉(最高1100°C)中完成。我们可使D2达到58-62 HRC,4140达到40-45 HRC。我们还提供渗碳和氮化处理,硬化层深度为0.3-0.8毫米。根据您的图纸,我们将基于载荷、磨损和腐蚀需求推荐确切的材料和热处理方案。无需自行猜测——我们的工程师会在报价前确认。

每次发货前的检测:三坐标测量仪与表面粗糙度数据

每批CNC加工零件,无论数量多少,均经过文件化检测流程。我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机(CMM),分辨率为0.0001毫米。我们检查您在图纸上标注的所有关键尺寸。对于表面粗糙度,我们使用三丰SJ-210粗糙度仪,验证加工表面的Ra值。螺纹使用通止规检测。跳动在偏摆仪上用0.001毫米千分表验证。每次发货均附带完整的检测报告(PDF)。如果尺寸超出规格,我们会返工或报废——绝不发出。为方便您的审核,我们保留记录10年。这是我们汽车和医疗器械客户的标配服务。

为什么我们的五轴机床能减少您的装配误差

我们运营12台五轴CNC加工中心(DMG MORI和Fanuc)。五轴加工使我们能够在一次装夹中完成底切和倾斜特征的加工。这对于复杂的壳体、阀体和叶轮至关重要。通过消除二次装夹,我们消除了基准错位的风险。结果是您的零件在首次装配时即可完美配合,无需返工。例如,一个带有6个倾斜冷却通道的电机端盖在五轴机床上12分钟即可完成加工,而在三轴机床上需要35分钟并需多次装夹。我们还使用五轴进行高速精加工,可获得更好的表面结构。如果您的图纸上有复合角度,请发给我们——这是我们的日常工作。

表面处理选项:从机加工态到硬质阳极氧化

原始机加工零件并不总是适合直接使用。我们在厂内提供二次表面处理。对于铝材,我们提供透明或黑色阳极氧化(Type II和Type III硬质涂层,厚度25-50微米)。对于钢材,我们提供发黑、镀锌和化学镀镍。对于不锈钢,我们提供电解抛光至Ra 0.2微米。我们还提供喷砂处理至均匀的1.6微米表面,以及用于零件编号或标识的丝网印刷。请注意:阳极氧化会增加2-3天交期。除非您要求,否则我们不会对螺纹或关键孔进行镀层——我们会进行遮蔽保护。对于您的量产零件,我们会根据耐腐蚀性和摩擦性能推荐表面处理方案。我们拥有专用的表面处理产线,因此可以完全控制质量。

为什么我们接受无起订量的单件订单

大多数CNC加工零件供应商制造商要求每单至少10件或50件。我们不这样做。我们的生产车间配备了快换托盘和标准化刀具。这将每次装夹时间从90分钟缩短至15分钟。这使得单件打样对我们来说有利可图,对您来说成本低廉。一个一次性的铝制支架约需35-50美元,包含材料和检测费用。单个钢制轴约需60-80美元。如果您后续订购1,000件,我们将从生产成本中扣除原型打样的装夹费用。这是我们表达希望与您长期合作的方式,而非仅做一次性订单。用一个难加工的零件试试我们,然后比较质量。
