我们如何加工导轨和滚轮,确保纸箱封箱一致

封箱机上的导轨和滚轮在表面粗糙度过高时会失效——薄膜卡住、胶水跳涂、开箱机送料错位。我们使用6061-T6铝或304不锈钢加工这些零件,然后对铝材进行硬质阳极氧化,使轴承表面硬度等效达到60 HRC。对于滚轮,我们将内孔与外径之间的同心度控制在总指示跳动量0.005 mm以内,消除导致胶线不均匀的摆动。我们还对每个边缘进行去毛刺处理,最大圆角半径0.1 mm,确保薄膜或胶带不会卡滞。如需非标宽度,我们直接从棒料切割,不收取刀具附加费。
