这些是CNC加工的液压缸组件——杆、活塞、端盖、法兰和密封压盖螺母——在我们的三轴和五轴加工中心上从棒料或锻件切割而成。具体优势在于可重复的几何精度:我们将线性公差控制在±0.005 mm,跳动控制在0.01 mm TIR,密封表面光洁度可达Ra 0.4 µm。热处理后硬度根据您选择的材料在28至40 HRC之间。标准杆或活塞的典型交期为15个工作日,我们从东莞通过DHL或FedEx发货。

您发送图纸,我们进行加工,然后您将其安装到必须在250 bar压力下不泄漏的缸体中。这就是这些零件的唯一任务。我们已为挖掘机铲斗、注塑机和船舶转向系统执行此任务20年。这是中国制造的精密制造,并附有检验数据作为证明。

杆和活塞几何:我们如何保持0.01 mm跳动

跳动是液压缸的致命问题。如果活塞偏心0.02 mm,密封件会不均匀磨损,导致内部泄漏。我们通过在我们的车削中心上使用活动尾座和中心架,在同一装夹中加工杆和活塞来控制这一点。对于500 mm长、40 mm直径的杆,我们在全长范围内保持直线度在0.02 mm以内。对于活塞,我们在硬车削后磨削外径,以去除前一道工序产生的热变形。

我们不只依赖机床。每根杆都在V形块上用千分表检查,每个活塞都在其轴线上的三个位置用千分尺检查。如果跳动读数超过0.01 mm TIR,该零件不会发货。这不是营销声明;这是我们检验单上的合格/不合格门槛。

我们用于密封表面的材料和热处理

液压零件承受磨损、腐蚀和高循环压力。我们在内部加工以下材料:

· 1045 / C45钢用于杆和活塞——调质至28-32 HRC,如果您指定,可进行镀铬处理。
· 4140 / AISI 4140用于高压端盖和法兰——整体淬硬至32-36 HRC。
· 17-4 PH不锈钢用于船用或食品级缸体——沉淀硬化至36-40 HRC。
· 6061-T6铝用于低压气动缸——表面硬质阳极氧化至等效60 HRC。

热处理由我们距离车间2公里的合作炉厂完成。我们进行淬火、回火,然后将零件送回进行最终磨削或硬车削。此顺序可将直径达300 mm的零件变形控制在0.015 mm以下。如果您需要热处理证书,我们会随货附上炉温曲线图。

密封槽和轴承表面的表面光洁度

密封槽是大多数液压缸失效的地方。我们将这些槽加工至Ra 0.8 µm,然后用金刚石锉抛光侧面,去除装配时可能切割O型圈的任何毛刺。对于杆轴承表面,我们磨削至Ra 0.4 µm——这使U型杯密封件能够在0.5 m/s速度下运行而不产生噪音。对于活塞外径,我们保持Ra 0.8 µm,除非您为PTFE密封件指定更细的光洁度。

我们不在任何密封表面使用喷砂处理。喷砂会留下嵌入的介质,撕裂密封件。相反,我们在最后一道工序后在车床上使用精细珩磨石。结果是均匀的纹理方向,能够保持油膜,减少磨损,与仅车削的表面相比,密封寿命延长约30%。

螺纹和端口:NPT、BSPP和公制直螺纹

杆端和端口块需要能在压力下密封的螺纹。我们在车床上使用单点刀片切削NPT和BSPP螺纹,而非使用板牙。这使我们能够完全控制中径和螺纹角。对于NPT,我们将锥度保持在1°47',包含角公差为±0.5°。对于BSPP,我们在端口面上加工30°倒角,确保 bonded垫圈平整就座。

我们还在端口法兰上加工O型圈面密封槽(ORFS)。槽深保持在±0.02 mm,内径与O型圈为轻压配合。我们在发货前用环规或塞规检查每个螺纹。如果您需要螺纹报告,我们会附上中径和导程误差的CMM打印输出。

每次发货前的检验:CMM、硬度和表面测试仪

每批——即使是单件原型——在离开我们车间前都会接受全面检验。我们使用Zeiss CMM检查关键尺寸:孔径、槽宽和螺纹中径。CMM精度为±0.002 mm,我们报告实际值,而不仅仅是合格/不合格。对于硬度,我们在牺牲凸耳上或几何形状允许时在零件本身上使用洛氏硬度计。对于表面光洁度,我们使用Mitutoyo Surftest SJ-210,在每个表面测量三个点的Ra值。

您会随货收到数字检验报告。如果您需要PPAP Level 3,我们也可以提供——我们已为汽车一级供应商执行过此要求。报告包括材料证书、热处理曲线和尺寸数据。这不是额外的文书工作;这是我们过去5年保持99.2%准时交付率的唯一方式。

原型与批量生产的交期和刀具

原型交期为单个杆或活塞7-10个工作日。批量生产——100至5,000件——在首件批准后需要15-20个工作日。我们备有直径20 mm至150 mm的C45和4140棒料库存,因此大多数订单无需等待材料。对于17-4 PH不锈钢,我们从当地经销商订购,交期增加3天。
