如何在300毫米长芯销上保持±0.005毫米精度

长而细的芯销在切削力作用下会发生偏转。我们不依赖单次走刀。我们的CNC车床和五轴铣床使用中心架、副主轴支撑和渐进式切深——粗加工1.2毫米深度,半精加工0.3毫米,精加工0.05毫米。我们使用雷尼绍测头进行过程测量,然后在V形块上用0.001毫米千分表验证最终跳动。如果销钉长300毫米,我们在全长上保持0.008毫米直线度,而不仅仅是在尖端。

我们用于模具钢的材料和热处理

您获得的是适合工作的钢材,而不仅仅是“工具钢”。我们加工H13、P20、S136、420SS和D2。对于H13,我们进行预加工,然后真空淬火至48-52 HRC,再进行磨削和EDM精加工。对于S136,我们在退火状态下加工,淬火至50-54 HRC,然后磨削至最终公差。我们还供应氮化顶出销(表面硬度65-70 HRC),适用于玻璃填充尼龙等磨蚀性塑料。每批货物均附带热处理证书。

每次发货前检验——不仅仅是抽检

每批次均附完整尺寸报告。我们检查每个零件的外径、内径、长度、台阶高度和表面光洁度——而非抽样。我们使用分辨率为0.001毫米的三坐标测量机、表面粗糙度仪(磨削表面典型Ra 0.2 µm)和硬度计。如果零件超出您的图纸公差,则不会发货。我们保留检验记录5年,可按批次号追溯。

表面光洁度选项:从机加工到镜面抛光

标准机加工提供Ra 0.8 µm的表面光洁度。对于需要脱模而不粘连的模具型腔,我们通过精密磨削达到Ra 0.4 µm,或通过抛光达到Ra 0.2 µm。对于光学或透明塑料,我们可达到Ra 0.05 µm(镜面光洁度)。在深腔侧壁上,我们使用细颗粒石墨电极进行EDM加工,达到Ra 0.4 µm,且不留下在热循环中开裂的重铸层。

交货期和订单灵活性——永无最小起订量

我们如何避免薄壁加工中的振颤和刀具断裂
