我们如何在前叉舵管和中轴五通上保持0.01毫米跳动

跳动会缩短轴承寿命。因此,我们所有舵管和中轴壳均在5轴DMG MORI铣床上一次装夹完成加工。这消除了因重复装夹导致的跳动超过0.02毫米的误差。对于螺纹接口(如中轴碗组),我们使用带同步攻丝循环的活主轴——在30毫米长度内螺纹螺距误差保持在0.02毫米以下。这意味着您的头管或BB30轴承无需预压即可就位,骑行更顺畅,异响更少。

我们用于铝合金自行车零件的材料与热处理

对于通用支架和后拨挂耳,我们选用6061-T6——屈服强度276 MPa,阳极氧化效果洁净。对于曲柄和脚踏轴,我们改用7075-T651,屈服强度503 MPa,布氏硬度150。这些牌号加工后无需热处理。但如果您需要耐磨表面,我们可为6061零件提供硬质阳极氧化(MIL-A-8625 Type III),硬度相当于60–70 HRC。这适用于滑轮和盘片螺丝等滑动磨损为主要失效模式的部件。

每次发货前的检测:CMM报告与阳极氧化厚度

每批次的关键特征均使用蔡司CMM进行100%尺寸检测,报告列出每个测量点与您的GD&T标注的对应值。我们还使用涡流测厚仪验证阳极氧化厚度——目标为25–50微米,低于20微米的零件一律拒收。对于圆形零件的跳动,我们使用V型块和千分表,沿轴向检查三个位置。您将收到包含批次号、操作员盖章以及每个尺寸合格/不合格判定的PDF报告。

快速打样到量产:从您的SolidWorks文件到200件仅需12天

发送STEP或IGES文件给我们,次日早上即可开始加工。我们的编程团队拥有15年自行车零件经验——我们清楚CNC铣削的拔模角设置位置,以及如何避免后叉端薄壁问题。对于典型的后拨挂耳,我们3天内完成首件,经您确认配合后即开始批量生产。如需50件,7天完成;如需5,000件,我们增加一个班次,仍保持12天交期。

优于铸造的表面光洁度:接触面Ra 0.4 µm

铸造铝合金自行车零件出模时表面粗糙度通常为Ra 3.2 µm或更差。我们使用带0.8毫米刀尖圆弧修光刃刀片,将所有密封面和轴承孔加工至Ra 0.4 µm。这使中轴密封油脂效果更好,并减少刹车手柄枢轴的摩擦。对于把立顶部或盘片等外观区域,我们提供Ra 0.8 µm拉丝处理,既隐藏指纹又使阳极氧化均匀。

批量从1件到10,000件:无起订量,同等质量控制

大多数自行车零件工厂要求至少500件才会考虑您的文件。我们不会。订购一个定制把立或一百件预生产样品——我们使用相同的程序、相同的夹具、相同的检测流程。这是因为我们的CNC机床配备模块化虎钳,可在10分钟内从单件加工切换到24件组合夹具。无论您是定制车架工作室需要5个头管垫圈,还是大规模制造商需要10,000个盘片螺丝,您都能获得相同的±0.005毫米公差和相同的CMM报告。

包装与运输:无锈蚀、无划痕、无清关延误

铝合金不会生锈,但容易划伤。我们将每件零件用防静电泡沫包裹,再装入独立塑料袋后装箱。对于阳极氧化零件,我们添加干燥剂包以防止海运过程中的水渍。原型件通过DHL或FedEx发货(至美国或欧盟3–5天),批量件走海运(至洛杉矶或鹿特丹25–30天)。所有出口文件——商业发票、装箱单和原产地证书——均在内部生成,您的报关行无需等待我们。
