我们如何在单件原型上保持±0.005 mm公差

大多数原型加工厂报价±0.05 mm,并希望您不去检查。我们不是这样工作的。我们的CNC原型加工样品表面处理在DMG MORI 5轴铣床上进行,每次切削时热补偿系统均处于激活状态。每次加工前测量主轴跳动,必须低于0.002 mm。我们以18,000 RPM转速加工铝材,每齿进给量为0.05 mm,确保刀具挠度低于0.003 mm。

对于薄壁特征,我们使用从背面支撑零件的夹具系统,防止颤振和振动破坏表面质量。如果您的图纸标注了关键孔或安装面,我们会在与基准特征相同的装夹中加工,无需重新装夹,避免累积误差。结果是原型与您的CAD模型偏差在0.005 mm以内,而非尽力而为的近似值。

我们内部完成的表面处理选项

我们不外包表面处理,确保质量控制集中在一个屋檐下。对于CNC原型加工样品表面处理,我们提供六种标准选项:

机加工态(Ra 1.6 µm)用于非关键表面。精铣态(Ra 0.8 µm)用于一般配合。精密磨削(Ra 0.4 µm)用于密封表面。喷砂(Ra 1.2 µm)用于均匀的哑光外观。阳极氧化透明或黑色(硬质氧化膜厚度可达50 µm)用于耐磨。化学镀镍(20 µm)用于钢件的耐腐蚀。

每种表面处理均使用三丰表面粗糙度仪测量,读数记录在检验报告中。如果您需要列表中未包含的特定表面处理,请发送图纸,我们将为您报价。我们曾完成过铜材镜面抛光、不锈钢钝化处理以及合金钢发黑处理。

我们用于原型的材料及热处理

您为原型选择的材料应与生产材料一致,否则您测试的对象是错误的。我们库存20种铝材、钢材、不锈钢、钛材和铜材。对于CNC原型加工样品表面处理,最常见的选择是6061-T6铝(屈服强度276 MPa)、7075-T6铝(屈服强度503 MPa)、4140钢(预硬至HRC 28)、17-4 PH不锈钢(H900状态,HRC 40)以及Ti-6Al-4V(5级,抗拉强度895 MPa)。

需要更高硬度?我们在内部进行热处理。对于D2或A2等工具钢原型,我们可通过真空炉达到HRC 58-62,然后磨削关键表面。对于铝材,我们进行T6固溶处理和时效。每件热处理后的原型均附带硬度测试证书,使用12个月内校准过的洛氏硬度计出具。

每次发货前的检验

没有报告,您不会收到零件。每份CNC原型加工样品表面处理订单均在蔡司三坐标测量机上检验,测量不确定度为0.001 mm。我们检查图纸中的所有关键尺寸,以及适用的平面度、垂直度和同轴度。表面粗糙度使用轮廓仪测量。螺纹使用通止规检查。

检验报告包含零件的颜色编码图。绿色表示在公差范围内,黄色表示在公差50%以内,红色表示超差(我们会在发货前停止并修复)。您将获得PDF和CSV格式的所有测量点数据。每个零件检验耗时30分钟,我们对每一份订单都执行此流程,而不仅仅是首件。

交货周期:在您需要时交付,而非我们有空时

CNC原型加工样品表面处理的标准交货周期为铝材3天,钢材或钛材5天。如果您需要更快,我们提供24小时加急服务,适用于尺寸不超过100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm的铝件。这得益于我们晚上8点至早上8点的夜班。您的零件无需排队,直接进入第一台可用机床。

对于确定的交货日期,我们在您付款前书面承诺。如果未能按时交付,我们将退还订单金额的10%。这不是营销话术,而是写在发票上的条款。自2004年以来,我们已完成超过4,000个原型项目,准时交付率为97.8%。

成本现实:无起订量,无隐藏装夹费用

一件或一百件,单价仅在超过50件时下降。对于单件CNC原型加工样品表面处理订单,您支付的是机床时间、材料、表面处理和检验费用。我们不收取标准铣刀或刀片的刀具费用。如果您的零件需要定制成型刀具,我们会单独报价,且仅在您批准后收费。

当您仍在迭代设计时,使用CNC原型加工样品表面处理服务。当设计冻结且需要100至100,000件时,使用我们的量产服务。原型不是玩具,它与量产件使用完全相同的材料、工艺和表面处理。这样,对原型进行的装配测试、热测试或应力测试所得数据可直接应用于最终零件。

如果您在3D打印零件和机加工原型之间选择,请记住:打印件因层纹而具有不同的机械性能。机加工件是各向同性的,与最终量产件的性能一致。对于任何结构或密封应用,机加工是唯一有效的测试方式。

发送图纸前需检查的事项

请发送STEP或IGES文件,并附上包含GD&T标注的2D图纸PDF。如果没有2D图纸,我们将按3D模型加工,并将所有尺寸标注为基本尺寸。请注明材料牌号、所需表面处理及数量。如果您有偏好的热处理或电镀供应商,请告知我们,我们将使用该供应商;否则,我们将使用内部工艺。
