为什么低于0.01毫米的孔距公差对表带灵活性至关重要

手表表带在链节铰接时发生卡滞即为失效。我们在一次装夹操作中加工销孔和沉孔,确保相邻孔之间的中心距偏差不超过±0.005毫米。这使每个链节的铰接角度保持一致。我们使用三坐标测量机测量每个孔的位置,并将实际数值记录在您的检验证书中。如果您需要针对弧形表耳设计进行更严格的控制,我们可以将孔距公差控制在±0.003毫米,但这会增加2天交期。

我们日常加工的材料:316L、钛合金和黄铜

我们大多数手表表带链节采用316L不锈钢加工,因为它耐汗液腐蚀且可抛光至镜面效果。对于轻量运动手表,我们使用Grade 5钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V),硬度为32 HRC。对于镀金或复古风格表带,我们使用C36000黄铜。我们常备这三种材料的棒料,宽度规格为6毫米、8毫米和10毫米。如果您指定我们未库存的材料,我们可在3天内从广东本地钢材供应商处采购。

热处理与硬度:为什么我们控制在28-32 HRC

手表链节不需要高硬度,因为它们不是磨损表面。我们对316L采用固溶退火以稳定晶粒结构,达到28 HRC。对于钛合金,我们采用时效硬化至32 HRC。硬度更高会导致孔间薄桥接部位存在脆裂风险。我们使用洛氏硬度计对每批产品进行硬度验证,任何超出您指定范围的产品均被拒收。如果您正在设计承受较大侧向载荷的潜水表表带,请告知我们——我们可以调整热处理工艺,使17-4PH不锈钢达到36 HRC。

表面处理选项:拉丝、抛光或珠光

表带链节有三个可见表面:顶面、侧边缘和内圆弧。我们提供三种标准表面处理。拉丝(Ra 0.4 µm)为线性缎面效果,可隐藏指纹。抛光(Ra 0.1 µm)采用两步抛光工艺,呈现镜面效果。珠光(Ra 0.8 µm)为哑光纹理,可减少工具表上的眩光。我们还提供组合处理:顶面抛光加侧面拉丝,这在豪华潜水表中较为常见。表面处理在CNC加工后、最终超声波清洗前进行。

每次发货前的检验:三坐标测量机和销规检查

我们不会在没有完整检验报告的情况下发货。对于CNC加工手表表带链节,我们检查三项内容:使用销规检查孔径(公差+0.005/-0.000毫米),使用三坐标测量机检查孔距,使用轮廓仪检查表面光洁度。我们还在5倍放大下进行100%目视检查,确认沉孔边缘无毛刺。每批抽取5件样品进行完整装配测试——我们将链节安装在夹具上,弯曲接头100次以确认无卡滞。

定价与刀具:无最小起订量,无隐藏装夹费用

我们如何处理过紧的公差
