转子耐久性的材料选择与热处理

我们从三种主要材料牌号加工刹车盘转子零件:灰铸铁HT250(抗拉强度250 MPa)、球墨铸铁QT500-7,以及用于耐腐蚀应用的锻造420不锈钢。对于碳陶瓷复合材料预成型件,我们使用专用的金刚石刀具工艺。我们内部的热处理线可对球墨铸铁进行等温淬火(ADI),获得贝氏体组织,与珠光体牌号相比耐磨性提高30%。对于不锈钢转子,我们采用真空淬火以防止氧化皮形成,随后进行深冷处理,使300mm直径上的尺寸稳定在±0.005mm以内。

通风槽和钻孔图案的关键加工参数

我们发运的每个转子零件都附带完整的尺寸报告,但我们更进一步。我们在定制的空气轴承夹具上进行100%跳动量检查,该夹具模拟轮毂安装条件。这能捕捉到自由状态CMM测量无法发现的装夹变形。对于超过50件的批次,我们还会对同一炉次的牺牲凸耳进行布氏硬度测试。我们在每份检验证书上记录CNC程序序列号、刀具刀片批次和热处理炉日志。这种可追溯性才是中国精密制造应有的样子——不仅仅是廉价劳动力,而是严谨的工艺控制。

平衡和表面处理选项

我们为赛车运动中使用的高速转子提供最高G2.5等级的动平衡(残余不平衡量≤2.5 g·mm/kg)。平衡在双平面硬支承平衡机上进行,校正孔自动钻削。对于腐蚀防护,我们提供锌镍镀层(8-12μm厚)或黑色电泳涂层,可承受ASTM B117标准480小时盐雾测试。如果您需要用于赛车的裸机加工表面,我们会涂覆一层薄薄的防锈油,不影响磨合性能。选择取决于您的使用环境,而非我们的库存。
