我们是中国东莞的一家精密制造工厂,拥有20年出口CNC加工经验。每只铰链均在5轴DMG MORI设备上加工,然后进行去毛刺和钝化处理。您购买的并非普通铰链,而是根据您的橱柜框架几何形状量身定制的定制组件。

为什么我们采用CNC加工而非冲压或铸造

冲压铰链的晶粒流线会在弯曲半径处产生裂纹。铸造铰链存在气孔,电镀后会出现针孔。CNC加工完全消除了这些风险。我们从实心C36000易切削黄铜棒料或板材开始加工。刀具剪切材料,在铰链卷圈和螺丝孔处形成致密、连续的晶粒结构。

结果是铰链的螺丝拔出力达到25 Nm,而冲压件仅为18 Nm。加工还能让我们在每个边缘保持0.2 mm x 45°的倒角,因此没有毛刺刮伤橱柜内部。如果您从铸造铰链升级,您会注意到重量差异:实心机加工黄铜每单位重量增加12%,这向您的终端客户传递了耐用性的信号。

我们用于橱柜铰链的材料和热处理

我们常备三种黄铜等级。请根据您的使用环境选择:

C36000易切削黄铜:最适合大批量铰链主体。机加工性能评级为100%,可降低您的单位成本。屈服强度为310 MPa。

C46400海军黄铜:适用于沿海或船舶橱柜。含39%锌和0.75%锡,在盐雾测试(ASTM B117,72小时)中耐腐蚀性比C36000提高40%。

C17200铍铜:仅用于特殊防火或高温门。热处理后硬度可达40 HRC。由于成本原因,我们不建议将其用于标准橱柜。

对于标准黄铜铰链,我们在粗加工后于300°C下进行1小时去应力退火。这消除了切削过程产生的内应力,防止铰链在沉头螺丝时变形。我们不硬化标准黄铜,因为其表面已通过加工硬化达到30 HRC。如果您需要40 HRC的耐磨性,我们可以施加25微米的硬铬镀层。

消除门板下垂的铰链几何设计

橱柜铰链的失效方式有两种:销磨损或螺丝孔拉长。我们通过几何设计解决这两个问题。铰链销直径为5 mm,公差为g6(-0.004至-0.012 mm)。卷圈中的配合孔公差为H7(+0.012 mm)。0.016至0.024 mm的间隙足够紧密以防止晃动,但又足够宽松以实现顺畅旋转而不产生磨损。

螺丝孔并非直接钻通,而是采用90°沉孔并带0.5 mm平面座。这能均匀分布螺丝头压力,防止黄铜在螺丝头下冷流变形。我们还在每个孔底部增加0.1 mm圆角,消除了导致薄黄铜截面开裂的应力集中点。

如果您制作无框橱柜,我们推荐我们的偏置铰链变体。叶片加工有12 mm偏置量,为您提供与橱柜侧板齐平安装的间隙。所有这些特征均在一次装夹中加工完成,因此卷圈与孔之间的关键距离保持在±0.01 mm以内。

匹配您橱柜风格的表面处理和电镀选项

我们标准加工铰链表面为Ra 0.4 µm。这是一种光滑的缎面效果,不易留下指纹。如果您需要装饰性黄铜铰链的镜面抛光,我们可以通过二次金刚石车削将表面处理至Ra 0.2 µm。边缘保持在Ra 0.8 µm,以防止光线反射使铰链看起来过于锐利。

关于电镀,我们全部在内部完成。您可以选择以下表面处理:

电镀在加工后而非加工前进行。这确保镀层不会填充铰链销的严格公差。我们在电镀时遮蔽销孔,因此滑动表面保持裸黄铜状态,以实现顺畅操作。

每次发货前的检测设备和QC报告

每只CNC加工橱柜铰链均经过3阶段检测。首先,我们使用三坐标测量机(CMM)验证孔位。该设备分辨率为0.5 µm,我们对首件进行100%关键尺寸检测。对于批量生产,我们每50件检测一次。

其次,我们使用Taylor Hobson轮廓仪检查表面粗糙度。这不是目视检查,而是对表面的物理扫描。我们拒绝任何表面Ra超过0.4 µm的零件。第三,我们使用洛氏硬度计对每批样品进行硬度测试。原色黄铜结果必须至少为30 HRC,电镀件为40 HRC。

您随货会收到完整的检测报告。报告包括CMM坐标数据、粗糙度扫描图和硬度证书。如果任何尺寸超出公差,我们不会发货;我们会免费重新加工。这就是为什么我们能提供100%互换性保证:您可以订购1000只铰链,其中任何一只都能适配同一夹具。

您下一个项目的最小起订量和原型交期

我们没有最小起订量。您可以订购一只原型铰链进行测试,或订购10万件用于生产。原型交期为7天,包括CNC编程、加工和表面处理。1000件以上的生产交期为20天,若选择电镀表面则另加5天。

对于原型订单,我们收取一次性设置费,涵盖夹具和刀具。如果您在60天内下达首批生产订单,此费用将从订单中扣除。我们将CNC程序和夹具存档5年,因此重复订单始终一致,无需新的设置费。

我们根据您的紧急程度通过DHL、FedEx或海运发货。对于空运,我们可在10天内将500只铰链送达您手中。我们处理所有出口文件,包括用于自由贸易协定关税减免的原产地证书。这是我们中国制造服务的标准部分,不额外收费。
