我们如何在薄壁腕部壳体上保持±0.005毫米公差

机器人手臂腕部的壁厚可薄至1.2毫米。这种材料在切削过程中会变形,这正是大多数工厂难以在此处保持严格公差的原因。我们使用配备12,000转/分主轴的5轴DMG MORI机床,并采用每道工序交替进行顺铣和逆铣的编程刀具路径。零件通过重复精度为0.004毫米的真空夹具固定。对于安装轴承的孔,我们使用单刃镗杆精加工,并通过雷尼绍测头进行在线测量——在孔的真实度达到0.005毫米以内之前,零件不会离开机床。如果您的设计包含谐波减速器的通孔,我们将该孔的同轴度控制在0.008毫米总指示跳动(TIR)以内。

适用于循环负载的材料与热处理

我们加工两种用于机器人手臂的铝合金。6061-T6用于连杆板和盖板——焊接性能良好,屈服强度达310 MPa。7075-T6用于承载负载的肩部和肘部壳体——屈服强度503 MPa,在完全伸展状态下可承受6公斤有效载荷而不会蠕变。两种材料均来自认证的国内钢厂,附带可追溯至炉号的材料证书。加工后,我们提供硬质阳极氧化(Type III)处理,表面硬度达60 HRC,可抵抗电缆拖链的磨损。对于精密孔,我们保持不涂层,并将原材料铝硬度保持在95–110 HBW。如果您的机器人手臂在洁净室环境中运行,我们跳过阳极氧化并采用钝化处理,以防止颗粒脱落。

在手臂几何结构中平衡质量与刚度

末端执行器上的重量会消耗您的循环时间。我们在不承载负载的区域去除材料——如内部凹槽、肋条之间、C型槽连杆的腹板。我们的CAM软件在切削前模拟3轴负载矩阵下的变形。我们加工的一个典型肘部壳体重量为1.8公斤,但通过增加壁厚2毫米的减重凹槽,可将其降至1.2公斤。由于我们保持外皮和肋条交叉点完整,刚度保持在实心件的5%以内。发送您的STEP文件,我们将免费进行拓扑检查——如果我们发现可以在不削弱关节的情况下减重15%的方法,我们会在报价前告知您。

每次发货前全面检验——而非抽样检查

我们不进行抽样。每件机器人手臂零件都经过蔡司三坐标测量机检测,配备0.001毫米分辨率测头。我们检查所有基准、所有孔位、所有螺纹中径。对于带轴承座的零件,我们还使用马波斯气动量仪验证圆度低于0.003毫米。表面光洁度使用三丰轮廓仪在与下一连杆配合的面上测量。您将获得一份PDF报告,包含颜色编码偏差图——绿色表示在公差范围内,黄色标记注释,红色则阻止发货。在过去12个月中,我们机器人手臂零件的一次合格率为97.8%,且从未发货过任何红色标记项。

匹配您铝合金等级的切削刀具
