为什么铝7075-T6和钛5级主导我们的航空航天业务

每次发货前检验:CMM、硬度和表面粗糙度

每批CNC加工航空航天零件均经过三步检验。首先,三坐标测量机(CMM)根据您的GD&T标注检查关键尺寸——我们可将位置度控制在0.01 mm以内。其次,洛氏硬度计验证HRC值,尤其是在热处理后(铝材T6状态,钛材固溶处理和时效处理)。第三,粗糙度仪测量密封面和配合面的Ra表面粗糙度。

我们用于航空航天零件的材料和热处理

我们库存四种等级的原材料:6061-T6(性价比高,焊接性好)、7075-T6(最高强度铝)、Ti-6Al-4V 5级(标准航空航天钛)和Ti-6Al-4V ELI(用于医疗相关或低温应用)。对于铝材,如果您的图纸指定,我们还可供应2024-T3和7050-T7451——这些常用于机翼蒙皮和机身框架。对于钛材,我们提供2级(商业纯钛)用于需要成形性的非结构件。

热处理在我们工厂5公里范围内的认证合作设施进行。我们不在厂内进行热处理,因为熔炉需要NADCAP认证,我们更倾向于外包。但我们控制整个过程:我们指定固溶处理温度(例如7075为490°C)、淬火延迟时间(10秒以内)和时效周期(120°C持续24小时)。热处理后,我们重新加工任何可能变形的表面——通常是薄肋或法兰。最终硬度为6061-T6为HRC 20–25,7075-T6为HRC 28–35,Ti-6Al-4V为HRC 30–40。

5轴能力:无需多次装夹即可加工复杂几何形状

我们的5轴CNC加工中心(DMG MORI和Mazak,共5台)使我们能够在一次装夹中加工底切、斜孔和曲面。这对于涡轮叶片根部、歧管块和带复合角度的结构支架等航空航天零件至关重要。仅使用3轴,您需要五到八次装夹,每次都会引入定位误差。使用5轴,我们可在不同方向加工的要素之间保持小于0.01 mm的跳动度。

我们还使用4轴分度加工圆柱形零件,如执行器壳体和阀体。第四轴使我们能够旋转零件以加工径向孔和槽,而无需重新装夹。对于长度超过600 mm的零件,我们切换到行程为1,200 mm的龙门铣床。我们5轴加工中心的最大零件尺寸为800 mm x 600 mm x 500 mm。如果您的零件超出此范围,我们可以讨论将其分为两部分并用螺栓连接或焊接——但这会增加一个接缝,因此我们仅对非关键结构推荐此方案。

表面处理和后处理选项

标准机加工表面粗糙度为Ra 0.8 µm,适用于大多数内部支架。对于密封面,我们可通过精镗或磨削达到Ra 0.4 µm。对于外观外部零件,我们提供阳极氧化(II型透明或硬质涂层,符合MIL-A-8625)、阿洛丁转化涂层和喷砂处理以获得均匀的哑光外观。钛零件可按照AMS 2700进行钝化处理,或为螺纹紧固件涂覆MoS2等干膜润滑剂。

我们不进行喷漆或底漆处理——这通常由您的一级装配商完成。但我们可以对每个边缘进行去毛刺(最大半径0.1 mm)、倒角,并添加激光雕刻的零件号和日期代码。如果您需要特定表面粗糙度用于复合材料粘接应用,我们可以通过喷砂将表面粗糙度提高到Ra 1.6–3.2 µm——与光滑机加工表面相比,这可将粘接强度提高多达30%。

我们加工过的实际零件:支架、壳体和接头

过去五年中,我们已发运超过200,000件航空航天零件。例如:用于公务机副翼的7075-T6铰链支架(240 mm x 80 mm x 6 mm,14个孔,位置度0.05 mm)、Ti-6Al-4V液压歧管块(150 mm立方体,22个交叉钻孔,端口间壁厚0.8 mm),以及6061-T6航空电子机箱(400 mm x 300 mm x 120 mm,2 mm薄壁和48个螺纹孔)。所有零件均一次通过首件检验。

定价和交期:您的预期

对于单个原型件(无起订量),预算为$150–$500,具体取决于材料和复杂度。对于100–500件的批量生产,单件价格下降40–60%,因为装夹成本被分摊。交期为:最多10个原型件7天,100–500件15天,1,000件以上25天。加急订单(3天交货)可用于机加工铝零件——我们收取30%的加急费,并为您的订单预留专用主轴。
