我们如何在电枢轴上保持0.008毫米跳动

跳动会缩短轴承寿命并导致旋转工具振动。我们在CNC车削后,使用分辨率为0.5微米的圆柱磨床,在顶尖间磨削电枢轴。然后,我们用Talyrond圆度仪检查每根轴。工艺流程:粗车、热处理、磨削外径至0.008毫米TIR,然后精珩磨轴承轴颈至Ra 0.4微米。对于花键轴,我们使用成形磨削保持齿距在±0.01毫米以内——这能防止20,000 RPM下的齿轮颤振。

冲击载荷下的材料与热处理

电动工具零件承受冲击载荷,不仅仅是稳定扭矩。我们使用8620合金钢加工渗碳齿轮(58-62 HRC,渗碳层深度0.8-1.2毫米),4140用于夹头体(芯部28-32 HRC,夹持面感应淬火至52 HRC),6061-T6铝用于轻量化壳体。对于圆锯心轴等高温环境,我们使用440C不锈钢,淬硬至56 HRC。每批次都附硬度测试报告——即使单件样品我们也不跳过这一步。

如果您需要特定牌号,我们在3天内从国内采购。但除非您有疲劳测试要求,否则请坚持这三种基础材料。我们的热处理供应商通过ISO 9001认证,使用真空炉以最大限度减少变形——这对薄壁套筒至关重要。

每次发货前检验:三坐标测量机和表面轮廓仪

我们不只依赖机床本身。每份CNC加工电动工具零部件机械订单都经过3步检查:(1) 加工过程中每10件探测一次关键孔径,(2) 使用蔡司三坐标测量机进行最终GD&T检验——位置度、平行度和同轴度,(3) 使用三丰轮廓仪验证密封面表面粗糙度。对于跳动关键零件,我们增加100%功能测试:以额定转速旋转零件并用千分表测量。您会收到包含所有测量值的数字PDF报告,而不仅仅是“合格”印章。

螺纹和花键:防止丝锥断裂的刀具选择

电动工具壳体常用铝和淬硬钢中的M4-M8螺纹。我们使用螺旋槽丝锥加工盲孔,使用挤压丝锥加工铝材通孔,以避免切屑堆积。对于花键轴,我们使用带TiAlN涂层的滚刀——这将刀具寿命延长至每次重磨800件。如果您正在设计新的花键轮廓,请参阅我们的CNC刀具选择指南——其中涵盖这些几何形状的精确进给和速度。

表面处理选项:从机加工到发黑

裸机加工表面为标准配置,非关键面Ra 1.6微米。但对于钢件的耐腐蚀性,我们提供发黑处理(MIL-DTL-13924),增加0.5微米厚度——无尺寸变化。对于铝壳体,我们提供黑色或透明II型阳极氧化(18-22微米),将表面硬度提高到相当于60 HRC。如果您需要滑动零件的低摩擦表面,我们应用PTFE浸渍阳极氧化,将摩擦系数降至0.1。所有表面处理均符合RoHS标准。

批量与交期:无起订量,原型固定15天

我们为电动工具零件运行专用生产线,预设常见直径的刀具。这就是我们能提供无起订量的原因——单件与500件批量的单件成本相同,只是设置费更高。原型交期为图纸批准后15天,量产订单25天发货。如果您需要48小时加急,我们收取30%加急费并安排夜班。对于重复订单,我们保留您的刀具和CAM文件2年,因此重新订购只需10天。

我们如何处理磨削后长轴翘曲

超过200毫米长的轴在热处理过程中可能弯曲。我们在磨削前用液压机将其校直至0.02毫米以内,然后在150°C下应力释放2小时。磨削后,我们在花岗岩平台上用高度规重新检查直线度。对于超过400毫米的轴,我们使用无心磨削保持0.01毫米圆度。这就是在15,000 RPM下安静运转的零件与使整个工具振动的零件之间的区别。

最小起订量是多少?

我们无起订量——订购一件原型或10,000件,单价仅因设置费摊销而变化。

您能仅凭我们的3D模型加工零件而不需要2D图纸吗?

可以,我们接受STEP或IGES文件,但我们会生成一份GD&T图纸供您批准,特别是对于跳动和同轴度标注。
