型线加工:我们如何无振纹地切削渐开线曲线

涡旋盘型线是渐开线螺旋,而非简单圆弧。我们使用5轴CNC铣床,通过主轴高压冷却液进行加工。刀具路径基于实际CAD型线生成,而非简化样条曲线。精加工采用单点金刚石涂层立铣刀,转速12,000 RPM。这使齿侧表面光洁度达到Ra 0.4 µm——足够光滑,使两个涡旋盘相互滑动时摩擦极小。我们还在螺旋线上20个点检查型线厚度,偏差保持在0.01 mm以内。

我们使用的耐磨材料和热处理工艺

对于铸铁涡旋盘,我们使用QT500-7球墨铸铁——阻尼性能好,热膨胀系数低。对于铝制涡旋盘(轻量化压缩机),我们使用6061-T6或7075-T6。但关键步骤是硬化处理。对于钢制涡旋盘,我们采用气体渗氮,表面硬度48–52 HRC,深度0.3–0.5 mm。这为您提供耐磨表面,同时避免整体淬火带来的变形。我们使用洛氏硬度计对每批产品进行硬度测量,并记录在检验报告中。如果您需要不锈钢(用于医疗或食品级压缩机),我们使用17-4PH H1025,无需额外涂层即可达到35–38 HRC。

跳动和动平衡:为什么您的动涡旋盘不会振动

不平衡的动涡旋盘会导致轴承磨损和噪音。我们在硬支承平衡机上对每个动涡旋盘进行动平衡。残余不平衡量按ISO 1940标准控制在G2.5级。这意味着对于典型的150 mm直径涡旋盘,残余不平衡量低于1.5 g·mm。我们还控制内孔与型线的同心度:中心孔相对于螺旋基准的跳动量为0.008 mm TIR。这通过带旋转工作台和触发式测头的三坐标测量机进行测量。我们不依赖机床轴——我们测量实际零件。

每次发货前检验:三坐标测量报告和表面粗糙度曲线

每一个涡旋盘部件(不仅仅是样品)都经过尺寸检查。我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机,分辨率0.5 µm。报告包括:型线轮廓偏差、顶部高度、内孔直径、销孔位置和基板平面度。对于表面光洁度,我们使用带2 µm测针的便携式粗糙度仪,在齿侧三个位置测量Ra值。我们随零件附送PDF报告——不额外收费。如果您需要完整的PPAP Level 3,我们也可以提供;这会使交期增加2天。

平衡选择:铝制与铸铁涡旋盘组件的对比

如果您正在为热泵制造变频逆变器压缩机,铝制涡旋盘是您的选择——较低的惯性意味着更快的转速变化。但如果您运行高压制冷压缩机(R410A、R32),铸铁更合适,因为它在油膜破裂时能抵抗咬合。我们两种材料都能加工,但刀具不同。对于铝材,我们使用带TiB2涂层的3刃硬质合金立铣刀。对于铸铁,我们使用带AlTiN涂层的5刃刀具。切削参数也不同:铝材以8,000 RPM转速、2 mm切深加工;铸铁以4,500 RPM转速、1.5 mm切深加工。我们可以根据您的工作压力和转速推荐合适的材料。只需将您的工况循环和制冷剂类型发送给我们。

刀具策略:攻克薄壁涡旋盘的“振纹区”

涡旋盘部件运输和包装:无锈蚀、无磕碰

我们将每个涡旋盘单独装入VCI(气相防锈)袋,然后放入泡沫衬垫箱中。对于铝制涡旋盘,我们使用防静电泡沫以防止电偶反应。对于铸铁,我们添加干燥剂包。超过50 kg的订单使用标准出口胶合板箱。原型通过DHL或FedEx发货(至美国/欧洲3–5天),批量订单通过海运(至洛杉矶或鹿特丹20–25天)。我们在装箱单上标注批号和三坐标测量报告编号,以实现可追溯性。
