齿形精度:我们如何在不磨削的情况下保持±0.005 mm

我们不磨削黄铜齿轮,而是使用定制刃磨的硬质合金滚刀一次切削成型,然后用120目陶瓷刷去毛刺。关键在于我们内部的刀具刃磨:每把滚刀均以20°压力角刃磨,轮廓公差0.01 mm。此外,每加工50个零件后执行一次完整的CNC补偿循环,以校正热漂移。这使齿间误差稳定在0.003 mm以下,并通过Klingelnberg P40齿轮检测仪验证。

我们用于黄铜齿轮的材料及热处理

我们常备两种黄铜牌号:C36000(易切削)用于一般动力传递,C54400(磷青铜)用于需要更高耐磨性的场合。对于必须承受1000万次循环的齿轮,我们提供沉淀硬化C17200铍铜选项,硬度38-42 HRC。标准黄铜齿轮以加工态使用,硬度85-95 HRB。如需更硬的表面,可施加5微米化学镀镍层,表面硬度等效提升至55 HRC。标准黄铜无需热处理,因其不响应淬硬工艺——我们直接加工至最终硬度。

内孔及节圆直径的跳动控制

跳动是齿轮平稳啮合的大敌。我们通过液压膨胀芯轴以400 N力夹持内孔,将内孔跳动控制在0.015 mm TIR以内。同时,每件齿轮均使用双轴气动量仪检测,同时检查节圆直径跳动和齿面跳动。如果图纸要求键槽,我们在齿加工完成后切削,避免键槽导致内孔变形。最终跳动值打印在检测报告中——您将看到0.01至0.02 mm,而非0.05 mm。

表面光洁度与去毛刺:无锐边、无残留毛刺

我们以齿面Ra 0.8、内孔Ra 1.6为目标表面光洁度。这通过两步工艺实现:6000 RPM粗铣,然后10000 RPM精铣,径向切深0.2 mm。所有锐边倒角至0.1 mm。直径小于50 mm的齿轮,在振动抛光机中用陶瓷介质处理20分钟。较大齿轮则用硬质合金刮刀手工去毛刺。无毛刺意味着齿轮箱不会卡滞,润滑剂中不会混入金属碎屑。

每次发货前的检测:气动量仪与齿轮检测仪

每批CNC加工黄铜齿轮均进行全检,而非抽检。我们使用Zeiss Contura三坐标测量机对每个齿进行10点尺寸验证,并使用Klingelnberg P40进行复合误差测试。合格标准为AGMA Q10或更优。此外,在5倍放大下进行100%目视检查表面缺陷。您将收到包含实际测量值的PDF检测报告,而非仅一份合格证书。若发现一件不合格,整批重新加工。

为何大多数黄铜齿轮我们省略二次加工

黄铜比钢软,因此我们可在一次CNC循环中完成车削、滚齿和倒角。这意味着您无需为单独的拉削或剃齿工序付费。我们唯一推荐的二次加工是低温发黑或镀镍,适用于腐蚀性环境运行的齿轮。对于标准干燥或轻润滑应用,加工态表面即可直接使用。与相同齿形的钢制齿轮相比,您可节省15-20%的单件成本。

切削金属前我们提供的设计反馈

将您的图纸发送给我们,我们将在4小时内检查其可制造性。我们常指出的问题包括:小齿轮(少于12齿)的根切、齿根圆角不足,以及内孔公差过紧无法满足所需跳动(我们建议H7)。我们还建议最小齿宽为模数的1.5倍,以避免振颤。如果您的齿轮是多级齿轮箱的一部分,我们可以模拟啮合并建议修形以减少背隙。

包装与可追溯性,适配您的装配线

每个齿轮均单独包裹VCI防锈纸,并置于分隔托盘内,防止运输中齿部损伤。我们在齿面或内孔激光蚀刻2D DataMatrix码,包含您的零件号、批号及我们的检测ID。该码可链接至我们云系统中的完整三坐标报告。如需FDA或RoHS文件,我们将随货附上。我们通过DHL Express或FedEx发货,至美国或欧盟的典型运输时间为3-5天。
