640型内孔几何形状对棒料的重要性

640系列采用直圆孔,而非锥形或六角形开口。该内孔在CNC内圆磨床上一次装夹磨削完成,公差为+0.005 / -0.000 mm。圆孔在工件圆周上均匀分布夹紧力,从而避免5C或ER夹头在夹持薄壁管材时常见的三点变形问题。如果您送入10 mm圆棒,可获得28 mm的一致夹持长度——足以保持3:1的长径比而不产生振颤。

夹紧力与弹簧收缩量:真实数据

我们的640夹头采用淬硬钢弹簧套,收缩范围为1.0 mm(内孔直径从9.0 mm至10.0 mm)。在收缩范围的上限,弹簧套施加4.2 kN的径向力。该力在50,000次开合循环中保持可重复性,因为我们在弹簧槽根部磨削出0.2 mm的圆角——这是大多数工厂忽略的细节。尖锐的槽根会产生应力集中并导致裂纹;我们的圆角设计使弹簧套的疲劳寿命延长三倍。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用42CrMo(AISI 4140)圆棒料,而非铸造毛坯。铸件存在气孔,而棒料则没有。在CNC车削和铣削本体及槽之后,我们进行真空淬火至HRC 58-62。真空淬火可防止表面脱碳,脱碳会软化表层并导致磨损。最终磨削工序从内孔和外锥面去除0.15 mm,使夹持表面达到Ra 0.4的表面粗糙度,锥面达到Ra 0.8。

每次发货前的检验

每只夹头均通过蔡司三坐标测量机进行6点检验。我们测量三个深度位置的内孔直径、锥角至±0.1度、内孔相对于锥面的跳动、两个位置的硬度、使用便携式粗糙度仪测量表面粗糙度,以及使用校准塞规测量弹簧收缩范围。您将收到一份包含实际测量值的PDF报告,而非合格证书。如果任何数值超出规格,该夹头将被报废——绝不返工。

与自动车床主轴的兼容性

640型采用标准主轴鼻端安装方式,因此适用于大多数日本和韩国自动车床——Citizen、Star、Tsugami和Hanwha。锥角为16度包含角,背面设有42 mm的导向直径。我们在背板上加工定位止口,与内孔的同心度达到0.003 mm。该止口确保您的刀具中心线在安装后保持精准。如果您有非标准主轴,请将主轴鼻端图纸发送给我们,我们将调整背板几何形状,订购5件及以上时无需额外费用。

表面光洁度与润滑保持性

内孔不仅经过磨削,还使用400目金刚石油石进行珩磨。珩磨形成交叉网纹图案,可保持油膜,减少夹持不锈钢或铝材时的咬合现象。交叉网纹角度为30度,最终Ra为0.4。如果您进行干式切削,珩磨表面仍可正常工作,但我们建议使用轻油雾润滑。对于铝棒,我们可以在内孔上施加硬质阳极氧化涂层(50微米),以防止铝材与钢材冷焊。

交期与最小起订量:无最低限制,标准10天

我们没有最小起订量要求。一件或一百件——单件价格保持不变,因为我们的CNC装夹时间相同。640系列任何尺寸(内孔直径3 mm至42 mm)的标准交期为10个工作日。如果您需要加急订单,我们可以在5天内发货,需加收15%加急费。加急费涵盖加班人工成本,而非加工偷工减料——检验流程完全相同。
