弹簧刚度与自由长度控制,确保电芯稳定固定

电池座失效通常源于接触力漂移。我们将弹簧刚度控制在您指定N/mm值的±5%以内,并使用数字高度计对每批产品进行自由长度验证——而非仅抽检样品。以典型18650电池座弹簧为例,我们将自由长度控制在8.00 mm ±0.01 mm,这可在整个压缩范围内实现1.2–1.5 N的稳定接触力。我们还检查实心高度,防止完全压缩时线圈并紧——这是导致塑料外壳开裂的常见原因。

电池接触弹簧所用材料与热处理工艺

我们在东莞工厂常备四种弹簧级材料:音乐钢丝(ASTM A228)用于一般用途,302不锈钢(ASTM A313)用于潮湿环境下的耐腐蚀需求,磷青铜(ASTM B159)用于低电阻应用,铍铜(ASTM B197)用于高循环寿命场景。卷绕后,我们在300–350°C下进行去应力退火,并可选喷丸处理以将疲劳寿命提升至100万次循环以上。对于电池接触件,我们推荐使用302不锈钢并配合电解抛光,以降低表面摩擦并达到Ra 0.4 µm的表面粗糙度。

可生产的线径范围与线圈几何形状

我们可生产线径0.10 mm至3.00 mm的接触弹簧。线圈端部选项包括闭端、磨平端、开口端和双闭端。我们还可制造用于嵌入式电池接触的锥形弹簧,或用于侧端子电芯的鼓形弹簧。最大外径为25 mm,最大自由长度为100 mm。如果您需要适配塑料座内5 mm深凹槽的弹簧,我们可以卷制底部外径4.8 mm、顶部外径3.5 mm的锥形弹簧——无需额外模具费用。

表面处理与电镀选项,实现低电阻接触

裸音乐钢丝表面粗糙度为Ra 0.8 µm,适用于干燥接触环境。但如果您的电池座在振动环境中运行,我们建议采用镀镍(2–5 µm)或闪镀金(0.5–1 µm)以将接触电阻降至50 mΩ以下。我们还提供不锈钢弹簧的钝化处理,以去除游离铁并防止锈斑。所有电镀均在厂内通过滚镀工艺完成,确保整个弹簧表面镀层厚度均匀——线圈端部无裸露区域。

每次发货前的检验——尺寸与功能测试

每个生产批次均经过三步检验。首先,我们使用校准过的光学投影仪测量5%零件的自由长度、外径和线径。其次,我们在压缩测试仪上于3个不同高度测试弹簧刚度——而非仅测试单一点。第三,我们对磨平端弹簧进行100%磁粉探伤,以捕捉磨削产生的微裂纹。每次发货均附带尺寸报告,您还可向我们的钢材供应商索取材料证书以实现完全可追溯性。对于大批量订单,我们还会在50%压缩量下进行载荷测试,验证10次循环后无永久变形。

定制端部结构,适配PCB或点焊装配

标准弹簧为开口端,可能刮伤PCB焊盘。我们提供闭端磨平结构以实现平整贴合,或闭端不磨平结构以满足更严格的公差要求。对于需要点焊至镍带的弹簧,我们可提供90°折弯脚——我们将尖端磨平以提高焊接一致性。我们还制造用于电池座卡扣机构的加长钩端。请告知您的装配方式(压入、粘接、焊接或螺丝固定),我们将相应调整端部几何形状。

出口包装与防腐蚀保护

弹簧采用防静电袋包装,内附VCI(气相防锈)纸。对于不锈钢或电镀弹簧,我们使用中性pH值纸张以避免变色。我们按小批量分袋包装(每袋100或500件),方便您线边库存清点。每袋均标注零件号、批次号和制造日期。空运时,我们使用带泡沫内衬的硬质纸箱,防止运输过程中线圈变形。我们从深圳或香港机场出口——大多数订单可在5–7天内送达美国。

精密制造对电池接触弹簧的重要性
