在工业泵或阀门中,复位弹簧是那种直到失效才被注意到的部件。它处于介质中,每次动作都循环一次,其任务看似简单:每次都将阀芯或提升阀推回阀座,年复一年。当弹簧松弛时,阀门不再完全关闭——由此产生的故障出现在远离其原因的地方,这正是其代价高昂的原因。

项目背景与挑战

客户是一家德国工业泵和阀门制造商,服务于过程工业和机械制造市场。他们的阀门设计使用压缩弹簧,在每次关闭时将提升阀返回阀座。经过现场服务分析,一部分关闭不严的投诉被追溯到复位弹簧的载荷损失:弹簧在长时间循环后发生松弛,因此密封力在阀门标称维护周期之前就降至设计最小值以下。

质量控制与交付

发黑步骤作为过程控制,而不是浸泡:清洁、氧化槽浓度、温度和封闭按固定时间表检查,涂层外观对照商定的参考样品验证。由于氧化不会给1.2mm钢丝增加可测量的厚度,它不会干扰已验证的线圈几何形状——这也是它最初成为该应用正确选择的原因之一。

结果:样品弹簧在首次提交时获得批准,该零件以每月50,000-300,000件的速度进入批量供应,并按项目同步计划进行。客户此后将相同的设计扩展到另外两种阀门尺寸,使用500万次循环验证报告作为两者的资格依据。对保留样品的年度再验证使资格保持最新,而无需重复完整的开发周期。
