项目背景与挑战

一家照明与电源厂商为球泡灯驱动电源开发散热片:1060 铝板,料厚 1.2mm,外形含折边与两个定位孔,黑色阳极氧化,年需求 1000 万片,单片目标成本压得很低。此前供应商用激光切割加手工折弯,效率低、成本高、折弯角度不稳定。
