为什么TG筒夹能抵抗钻头拉出

钻头拉出是一个力平衡问题。钻尖的轴向推力将刀具推入工件,而筒夹的摩擦夹持加上锥度的机械楔入作用必须抵抗相等且相反的反作用力。三个因素决定胜负:

1. 接触面积和法向力。 更厚的筒夹壁和更坚硬的本体意味着负载下弹性变形更小,因此筒夹孔与刀柄之间的接触压力保持更高。

2. 锥度自锁。 单个8°锥度产生强大的楔入作用,将螺母扭矩转换为径向夹紧力。较窄的收缩范围意味着筒夹不会在尺寸补偿上“用完”——几乎所有行程都用于夹持。

3. 螺母和夹头刚性。 TG螺母通常比同等ER螺母更短更硬,因此螺母变形损失的扭矩更少。
