测量夹头跳动:方法与实际数值

跳动是总指示器读数(TIR):主轴旋转一整圈时最大和最小读数之间的差值。它与孔径尺寸误差不同。一个孔径超大0.02 mm但完全圆形的夹头读数接近零TIR;一个圆形孔径但其轴线偏离主轴轴线的夹头读数高TIR。对于加工而言,重要的是后者:工件轴线在零件旋转时描绘的路径。

实践中两个相关值容易混淆。夹持同心度是夹头在鼻端夹持棒料的真实程度。夹紧同心度(有时称为定位同心度)是夹持的棒料从一次夹紧到下一次夹紧返回同一中心的 consistency。一个夹头可以具有出色的夹持同心度,但如果反复夹紧/松开循环使棒料游走,它仍然是一个糟糕的夹头。检查两者:旋转测量TIR,然后松开、重新夹紧,再旋转五次,记录每个循环的鼻端高点。高点位置的散布告诉您夹紧一致性。

测试棒方法,逐步操作

任何工件夹持夹头的参考方法都是淬硬磨削测试棒和指示表,无需光学魔法。测试棒必须磨削,不能车削:商用测试棒通常淬硬至约60 HRC,并在其工作长度上磨削至圆度和直线度低于0.002 mm,无心磨削表面粗糙度低于0.4 µm Ra。车削或未淬硬的测试棒会弯曲和磨损,并悄悄增加误差。

步骤:

1. 用溶剂或空气清洁主轴或夹持器中的锥面座和夹头的外锥面;锥面下的一颗切屑颗粒可能使夹头抬升超过您所追求的跳动预算。

2. 安装夹头并按制造商规定的扭矩拧紧——扭矩不足会使夹头在锥面中松动,扭矩过大会使鼻端变形。在瑞士或自动车床机上,施加正常的拉管力而非手动设置。

3. 插入与夹头工作范围匹配的清洁测试棒,而不是处于范围极限的棒料。

4. 将0.001 mm(1 µm)分度的指示表安装在刀架或磁性表座上,测头位于鼻端处的棒料表面。

5. 手动或低速旋转主轴(机床上低于300 rpm),记录最大值减最小值。即鼻端TIR。

6. 将指示表沿棒料移动到您的工艺关心的距离——瑞士加工通常距鼻端10–25 mm,或工具夹持器夹头为棒料直径的3倍——并重复。远端值增加了棒料直线度,在瑞士机上还包括导套状况,因此这是系统检查,而非纯粹的夹头检查。

重新夹紧后重复整个序列。记录数值。趋势才是真正的诊断:一个夹头在数月内从0.005 mm爬升至0.009 mm是磨损;一夜之间从0.005 mm跳至0.020 mm则是污染或损坏。

在机上或台上测量,但要了解区别。机上检查包括主轴鼻端、锥面座和操作拉管力,这是零件实际看到的状态,因此是对生产重要的检查。在专用夹持器中的台上检查隔离夹头本身,这使其成为检查来料夹头或判断退回夹头是否值得修复的正确方法。两者都应纳入常规:新夹头和修复夹头在上机前进行台上检查,生产期间每周进行机上检查。

实际数值不包括什么

三个错误比磨损夹头更能破坏跳动读数。

首先是扭矩。夹头的锥面弹性就位;鼻端位置随夹紧力变化。手动拧紧检查跳动然后在全拉管力下加工测量的是错误状态。始终在操作力下测量。

其次是污染。锥面座和夹头自身的锥面是研磨表面;锥面下0.01 mm的颗粒会抬升夹头,即使夹头完美,也会读作0.02–0.05 mm的鼻端跳动。清洁、重新检查,观察数值骤降。常见故障应作为提醒表放在检查台上:

根据工艺而非目录来预算跳动。一个保持直径±0.01 mm的车削操作通常可以容忍0.005 mm鼻端跳动。一个保持±0.002 mm的磨削或精镗操作需要夹头在0.002 mm或以下——这就是最高级瑞士设置将匹配夹头与匹配导套配对并每周测量的原因。许多车间设定硬报警:在精密单元中,任何鼻端TIR超过0.010 mm的夹头应更换或返修,一般工作中为0.020 mm。
