302/304:主力默认选择

302/304 不锈钢弹簧线经过冷拉拔获得高强度,是大多数“不锈钢弹簧”的制造材料。它满足绝大多数耐腐蚀弹簧需求——潮湿环境、温和化学品、冲洗设备、食品机械、电镀会失效的户外产品。它能在约 300°C 下保持有用的弹簧性能,并具有良好的抗氧化性。磁性说明在某些应用中很重要:冷拉拔 302 虽然是奥氏体,但带有轻微磁性,这让那些认为“不锈钢=无磁”的工程师感到意外。如果需要真正无磁,316 表现类似(冷加工后轻微磁性),而像 305 这样的完全奥氏体牌号磁性较弱但强度较低。对于大多数弹簧,302/304 是标准规格——它以不锈钢家族中最佳的强度成本比提供了耐腐蚀性。
