采购弹簧:选择供应商时应该关注什么

为什么弹簧比看起来更难采购

如果你的图纸省略了刚度和负载点,你就没有指定零件。你指定了一个形状。供应商会按形状报价,你会收到符合形状但功能不合格的弹簧。

5. 带有 FAIR 的从样品到量产路径

询问供应商如何从首件样品过渡到量产。答案应包括首件检验报告、双方保留的黄金样品,以及明确的变更控制流程。如果答案是“我们每次都一样地做”,你就找到了一个没有质量体系的供应商。
