过程检验与终检在中国:该预约哪种以及何时预约

简短回答:默认将出货前终检作为您的关卡,仅在后续返工不可能或成本高昂的工序中添加过程检验。对于精密金属零件,由第三方按AQL 2.5一般检验水平II对随机抽取的样本进行一次终检,是认真买家执行的最低标准;中国典型的第三方日费率约为250至400美元外加差旅费。对于首件、新模具、电镀和表面处理批次以及大批量冲压,应增加过程检验——在这些阶段,晚期发现的缺陷成本是机器旁发现缺陷的十倍。

每种检验实际能发现什么

过程检验在订单运行期间进行。其三个经典检查点是来料、首件批准和生产过程中的巡检。来料检查确认合金或线材牌号与订单一致。首件检查确认机器设置、模具和程序在整批投入生产前能产出符合图纸的零件。巡检按间隔抽样零件,以便在批次仍可廉价返工或分选时发现刀具漂移、模具磨损或电镀槽不稳定。

终检在生产完成后、包装阶段进行,它是“零件存在”和“零件发货”之间的关卡。检验员根据图纸检查尺寸、表面状况、表面处理和电镀、数量、包装、标签,有时还包括功能。这是大多数买家所说的“第三方QC”,也是与付款释放挂钩的检验。它无法修复坏批次——只能拒收——但这种拒收正是您在尾款支付前所需的杠杆。

过程检验在哪些情况下物有所值

当晚期缺陷成本高昂时,应预约过程检验。四种情况占主导。第一,首件和新模具:新级进模或新CNC程序产出的首批零件承载了几乎所有的学习风险,在过程检验中批准首件——检验员观察实际设置——可防止整批按错误理解生产。第二,表面处理工序:电镀、阳极氧化、喷涂和热处理事后几乎不可能返工,因此在运行期间验证槽液条件、颜色和附着力比任何事后测量都重要。第三,大批量冲压和机加工,刀具磨损会逐渐导致尺寸漂移,巡检抽样能在数千个零件超差前发现漂移。第四,昂贵材料,整批报废会造成双重损失。

批次不合格时会发生什么
