MOQ解析:为什么定制零件存在最小起订量

最小起订量(MOQ)是工厂对零件报价的最小数量。对于定制零件,它之所以存在,是因为无论您订购一件还是一万件,固定成本都是相同的。 模具、编程、调试、首件检验、材料最小采购量和表面处理批次不会随您的订单量而减少;必须有人来承担这些成本。一旦您能看清MOQ背后的成本构成,您就可以进行谈判,或者选择一种自然MOQ符合您当前阶段的工艺。

什么是MOQ——以及它不是什么

对于大多数零件,MOQ以件数表示,但也可以表现为最小订单金额(混合小批量订单通常有500美元的最低消费要求)或材料最小起订量(挤压型材运行需要最小拉拔重量)。MOQ适用于每个零件号,并且通常适用于每个规格:不同的表面处理、颜色或材料等级都需要单独设置或分批。
