三条规则优先于表格:

如何正确拧紧ER夹头螺母

分步指南

1. 清洁所有部件。擦拭夹头锥面、螺母螺纹和夹持器内孔。锥面中的切屑是跳动问题的首要原因。

2. 先将夹头装入螺母。在插入刀具之前,将夹头卡入螺母的偏心环。这是螺母以后能释放夹头的原因。

3. 将刀具插入全深度。目标至少为夹头内孔长度的2/3,且不少于刀柄直径。

4. 手动拧紧,然后施加扭矩。用手将螺母拧上,使螺纹方正啮合,然后用合适的扳手施加额定扭矩。

5. 使用夹持器固定装置。将夹持器主体(而非锥柄)夹在台钳中,防止损坏刀柄锥面。

6. 第一次切削后重新检查。热循环和就位可能使接头略微松弛。
