为什么标准圆孔夹头在螺纹零件上会失效?

标准圆孔夹头被磨削至公称直径,夹持范围很窄,通常根据尺寸为 ±0.05 mm 至 ±0.1 mm。它设计用于与光滑圆柱面实现完整的圆周接触。当您插入螺纹螺柱时,接触不再是圆周的——而是螺纹牙顶上的一系列点接触。

随之而来的是三件事:

  • 接触面积急剧减小。 M6 螺柱上的 60° 螺纹牙形提供的牙顶平面宽度大约为 0.1–0.2 mm。您得到的不是完整的 360° 夹持,而是一条螺旋线接触。

1. 夹持在光滑基准面上

最简单且通常最好的答案:将零件设计为具有光滑圆柱段——柄部、台肩或预车直径——并夹持在那里。这是螺纹紧固件、管件和螺柱的标准做法。夹头保持为标准圆孔型,跳动可预测,无需特殊工具。

如果零件没有光滑基准面,询问是否可以在毛坯上增加一个。一个 3–5 mm 长的光滑带在瑞士型或自动车床上几乎不增加成本,并消除了整个问题。

2. 夹持在中径上

对于螺纹是唯一可用表面的零件,镗孔至中径的夹头提供牙侧接触而非牙顶接触。对于 M6 × 1.0 螺纹,中径约为 5.35 mm;镗孔至该尺寸的夹头与螺纹牙侧的接触面积远大于 6 mm 孔径。

权衡之处在于中径孔是螺纹专用的。为 M6 镗孔的夹头无法正确夹持 M5 或 M8,并且它无法闭合到足以夹持光滑的 6 mm 棒料。计划每个螺纹尺寸使用一个夹头,并清晰标记。

3. 具有匹配螺纹牙形的外螺纹夹头

对于大批量生产,磨削有与零件螺纹匹配的内螺纹牙形的夹头提供了夹持和表面保护的最佳组合。这些有时被称为外螺纹夹头或螺纹孔夹头。它们沿整个螺纹牙侧支撑零件,并可制成带有导入倒角,使零件旋入到位而不是被推入。

这是每个夹头最昂贵的选项,灵活性最低,但在运行数万件的零件上,仅通过减少废品通常就足以证明其合理性。

4. 软爪或专用夹具

如果螺纹段很短,或者零件形状不规则,镗孔的软爪组或定制夹具可能比夹头更实用。软爪可以就地镗孔以匹配螺纹牙形,并且在磨损时重新制作成本低廉。

跳动、重复性和预期

螺纹和滚花零件很少需要亚微米跳动,但它们确实需要一致的跳动。维护良好的设置上的典型数据:

  • 标准 5C 夹头,光滑基准面,良好卡盘: 0.005–0.015 mm TIR
  • ER 夹头,光滑基准面,良好卡盘: 0.01–0.02 mm TIR
  • 螺纹上的中径孔: 0.015–0.03 mm TIR(螺纹牙形本身增加变化)
