冲压铝板:合金、限制及冲压后阳极氧化

简短回答:当需要折弯和拉深而不开裂时,使用5052-H32或3003冲压铝;6061仅在软态O或T4状态下使用,并在成形后时效,切勿在T6状态下冲压。可成形合金的最小弯曲半径通常为厚度的0.5–1倍,V形弯曲的回弹为2–6°,模具间隙接近低碳钢规则。冲压后阳极氧化,而非之前:II型透明或黑色膜厚5–25 µm,硬质阳极氧化25–75 µm,但涂层无法掩盖因成形不良而开裂的裂纹。BQUQ在12个工作小时内根据图纸报价铝冲压模具和零件。

当重量和耐腐蚀性至关重要时,铝是买家首选的材质,但随后会发现“铝”是一个具有截然不同冲压特性的家族。选错合金状态,零件会在第一次折弯时开裂或回弹半度超出公差。选对合金,铝的冲压几乎和低碳钢一样容易,密度仅约三分之一,并具有镀锌钢无法比拟的天然氧化层选项。

哪些铝合金真正适合冲压?

易于机加工的合金并非易于冲压的合金。这是第一个陷阱。6061-T6是CNC加工的默认选择,但时效硬化到高强度,在尖锐折弯中容易开裂;在该状态下,它是一种糟糕的冲压合金。冲压铝主要由非热处理强化的3xxx和5xxx系列主导,这些合金通过合金化和冷加工而非时效获得强度。

5052-H32是主力:强度足以用于结构支架,成形性足以进行真正的折弯和浅拉深,并且在盐雾空气中耐腐蚀。3003-H14覆盖更便宜的通用零件。1100适用于软度胜过强度的深拉深。如果您的图纸要求6061-T6且弯曲半径为1倍厚度,诚实的答案是应避免该折弯,合金应在T4状态下成形然后时效,或者零件应改用CNC加工而非模具——我们的指南在冲压和其他工艺之间选择涵盖了这种转换何时合理。

铝在模具中不能做什么

铝的冲压限制是真实且可重复的。第一,弯曲半径:在可成形状态,横向轧制方向可加工到约0.5–1倍材料厚度,但平行于轧制方向弯曲需要大约两倍的半径,硬状态需要更多。第二,回弹:铝的弹性模量约为钢的三分之一,因此回弹更大——5052中90° V形弯曲通常回弹2–6°,且回弹随状态硬化而增大。铝模具标准配置过弯角度和底压工位。

第三,粘着和拉毛:软铝会涂抹在工具钢上,因此大批量铝加工模具使用硬质合金或涂层表面并加油润滑。第四,边缘质量:铝剪切边缘比钢更容易撕裂,因此毛刺控制很重要,大间隙会使情况更糟。第五,厚度范围:大多数铝冲压介于0.3至4 mm之间;超出此范围通常考虑板材成形、CNC或铸造,单件成本会跃升。这些限制并不使铝难以冲压——只是意味着模具设计和状态规格必须正确,这正是真正的模具厂在开模前提供的冲压工艺指南所涵盖的内容。

为什么冲压后阳极氧化,而非之前

阳极氧化是一种电化学转化,从表面本身生长出硬的氧化铝层。由于它转化基体金属,仅适用于铝——并且仅在表面清洁且金属完好时有效。这就是顺序不可协商的原因:先成形,最后阳极氧化。

公差、模具和成本现实

铝的冲压公差比钢宽松,主要是因为回弹分散和剪切区材料软。平板冲裁特征可轻松保持±0.05 mm;折弯成形特征实际可达±0.1 mm或通过模具补偿稍好。如果您的设计需要在成形铝支架上达到±0.05 mm,预计模具制造商增加压印工位,您支付额外开发费用——仅在其他零件配合的特征上标注该公差。

模具成本介于钢冲压和无需多言之间:铝支架的连续模通常与低碳钢相同模具价格相当,大批量时使用硬质合金。材料成本是惊喜——铝每公斤比黄铜或不锈钢便宜,密度2.7 g/cm³,每公斤可生产约三倍于钢的零件。阳极氧化增加每件或每批成本,透明II型成本小,硬质阳极氧化和颜色一致性要求则上升。对于大批量轻质耐腐蚀零件,铝带材、连续模和II型阳极氧化的组合通常是成本最低且看起来像成品的答案。

指定铝冲压件:询价清单
