**1. 始终使气流与规格匹配。**一个在200 LFM下额定为0.65 °C/W的散热器,在自然对流下将表现为1.4 °C/W。在密封外壳中,仅使用0 LFM列的数据。对于带强制风扇的户外电信机柜,请验证散热器表面的实际LFM——而不是风扇的自由风量额定值。一个40 mm风扇安装在散热器上时,通常只能提供其额定风量的**60–70%**。

**2. 单独计算扩散热阻。**对于小于散热器基座面积50%的热源,需要加上扩散热阻。对于6063铝基座,扩散热阻约为:

**Rspread = 0.5 / (k × √(A_source))**

其中k = 200 W/m·K(铝),A_source单位为m²。对于10 mm × 10 mm的热源,Rspread ≈ **0.09 °C/W**。对于5 mm × 5 mm的热源,则跃升至**0.18 °C/W**。如果您的热源小于8 mm × 8 mm,请使用铜基座嵌件(k = 385 W/m·K)。
