材料与表面处理对尺寸的影响

热性能实测数据验证

选择正确标准尺寸的常见问题解答

问:我可以将TO-220散热器用于TO-247器件吗? 答:不可以。TO-247的散热片宽度为15.9mm,而TO-220为12.7mm,因此TO-220散热器会使散热片边缘裸露,导致Rθcs增加40%,在15W以上有热失控风险。TO-247应使用40mm宽的散热器。

问:冲压的最小基底厚度是多少? 答:对于冲压铝散热器,基底至少需要1.5mm厚以避免撕裂。对于CNC加工,宽度超过30mm的散热器最小厚度为2.0mm以防止翘曲。我们建议TO-220标准为3.0mm,TO-247标准为5.0mm。
