材料选择与加工硬化行为

用于冲压的三种最常见不锈钢牌号各有其独特的挑战。奥氏体牌号(304和316)加工硬化迅速;初始硬度为180 HV的304板材,在90度折弯后,折弯区的硬度将攀升至380 HV。这种快速硬化会使后续每个成型工位所需的吨位增加15-20%。对于316,钼的添加使其加工硬化率比304高出约10%,因此需要稍大的折弯半径以避免开裂。
