给设计工程师的实用建议

为避免常见的弹簧失效,请验证弹簧在工作时不会达到密实高度。密实高度是所有线圈接触时的长度,密实高度下的应力不得超过材料抗拉强度的 60%。对于之前计算的 4.53 N/mm 弹簧,如果密实高度为 16 mm(8 圈 x 2.0 mm),则最大变形量为 34 mm(50 mm 自由长度 - 16 mm 密实高度)。密实高度下的载荷为 4.53 N/mm x 34 mm = 154 N,必须对照许用应力进行校核。

此外,还需考虑细长弹簧的失稳风险。如果自由长度大于中径的 4 倍,弹簧在压缩时可能发生侧向弯曲。您应该使用导杆或导孔引导弹簧,或者减小自由长度。对于我们中径为 18 mm 的弹簧,50 mm 自由长度的长细比为 2.8,是安全的。但是,如果将自由长度增加到 80 mm,则长细比变为 4.4,我们建议增加内部导向销。

如何准确测量弹簧刚度? 使用带有校准力传感器和线性编码器的压缩试验机。将弹簧压缩至自由长度的 20%,记录载荷,然后压缩至最大变形量的 80%。刚度是载荷差除以变形量差。在测量前,始终施加 1-2 N 的预载以使弹簧端部就位。

如果我的弹簧刚度过高会怎样? 较高的刚度意味着弹簧更硬,这会减少悬架行程或减少施加到机构上的力。这可能导致其他部件上的应力增加。要降低刚度,请增加有效圈数、增大弹簧中径或减小线径。
