表面检验涵盖毛刺高度、划痕深度和涂层附着力。冲压边缘的最大允许毛刺高度为材料厚度的10%,但对于关键密封面,毛刺高度必须小于0.05 mm。我们使用50倍放大的数字显微镜测量毛刺的高度和宽度。对于厚度为1.0 mm至3.0 mm的材料,非功能边缘的毛刺高度可接受至0.10 mm。划痕深度使用轮廓仪评估;可见表面的Ra(算术平均粗糙度)值必须低于1.6微米。任何超过0.15 mm的模具滚压(边缘凹陷)迹象均判定为不合格,因为这表明模具间隙过大。

材料硬度与显微组织验证
