如何验证弹簧的热处理质量?

验证涉及三项测试:表面和横截面的硬度测试(洛氏C标尺)、回火马氏体的微观组织检查(不允许存在未回火马氏体),以及室温下的载荷-挠度测试。硬度应在距弹簧端部至少10毫米处测量,以避免端圈效应;典型验收标准为规定值的±3 HRC以内。对于关键弹簧,需进行最大设计载荷110%的验证载荷测试,弹簧在24小时后不得出现永久变形。

此外,用于汽车或航空航天应用的弹簧需100%进行磁粉探伤或涡流检测,以发现淬火产生的表面裂纹。对于线材直径小于3毫米的弹簧,优先选用盐浴炉或真空炉而非气氛炉,因为盐浴中的快速加热可最大限度地减少变形。文件记录应包括实际时间-温度曲线和炉子校准证书。

弹簧可以在喷丸处理后进行热处理吗?

喷丸处理总是在热处理之后进行,绝不能在之前进行。顺序是:热处理(去应力退火或淬火-回火)→ 喷丸处理(如规定)→ 可选的在150°C至200°C下进行30分钟的低温去应力退火,以消除喷丸引起的微观应力。当喷丸强度较高时(阿门强度高于0.020 A),某些规范要求在喷丸后进行第二次回火,但这很少见,必须经设计工程师批准。
