面向制造的设计建议

为降低钛加工成本并提高质量,请遵循以下工程指南:

1. 避免壁厚低于1.5毫米的薄壁设计。钛的高切削力会导致薄壁部分产生振动(颤振),从而影响表面光洁度。对于2毫米的壁高,最小壁厚应保持在2.5毫米。

2. 内角设计半径至少为刀具半径的1.5倍。尖锐的内角需要小直径刀具,这些刀具容易偏斜和断裂。对于批量生产,3毫米半径是最经济的下限。

3. 谨慎指定深腔(深度大于宽度的4倍)。这需要将进给率降低40%以防止刀具偏斜,从而增加加工周期和成本。

问题:可以直接在钛上攻丝吗? 答案:可以,但请使用挤压丝锥(冷成型)而不是切削丝锥。挤压丝锥是挤压材料而非切削材料,产生的螺纹强度更高,扭矩更小。使用螺纹节径0.85倍的钻头尺寸,并涂抹高压攻丝膏。对于M4以下的螺纹,螺纹铣削更可靠。

问题:钛加工是湿切好还是干切好? 答案:务必湿切钛。最低20巴压力的淹没式冷却液是强制性的。干切会在30秒内导致刀具立即失效,因为钛切屑无法带走热量。唯一的例外是切削深度低于0.1毫米的精加工走刀,此时产生的热量极少,允许短暂干切。
