本指南从供应商角度撰写。我们在中国东莞经营一家CNC加工厂已有20年,见过买家犯过的每一个错误。以下是你需要了解的内容。

## “定制CNC加工”实际涵盖的内容

CNC加工是一种减材工艺:计算机控制的铣刀从实心块上移除材料,直到只剩下你的零件。三种主要配置:

**向供应商提问时最重要的问题:“你们实际在厂内运行哪些机器?”** 如果车间将所有工序外包,您将失去对质量和交期的控制。

## 询价时应提供什么信息

我们每月为数百个零件报价。回复最快、最准确的RFQ通常包含以下内容:

1. **STEP或IGES文件**(3D)— 必需。仅有PDF图纸会导致猜测。

2. **带GD&T的2D图纸** — 关键公差、基准、表面粗糙度符号。

3. **材料规格** — 完整牌号,例如"6061-T6"而非"铝"。

4. **数量** — 实际数量或范围。"250-300件"优于"一些"。

5. **表面处理** — 阳极氧化颜色、钝化、粉末喷涂、镀镍。

6. **截止日期** — 实际目标日期,而非"尽快"。

7. **质量要求** — 是否需要完整检验报告?PPAP?材料证书?

**拖慢一切的因素:** 缺少材料、缺少公差标注,以及STEP文件以错误单位导出(毫米与英寸)。发送前请检查导出单位。

## 公差:什么是正常,什么是昂贵

大多数一般加工为±0.1mm。标准精度为±0.02mm。高精度为±0.005mm。超出此范围—±0.002mm或更小—则属于磨削领域,而非铣削,成本相应增加。

**可加工性比原材料价格更重要。** 黄铜和6061加工速度快;钛和淬硬钢加工速度慢。一个零件材料成本贵3倍,加工时间可能贵5倍。

如何评估CNC供应商(检查清单)

1. **索取设备清单** - 真实品牌(Hass、Fanuc、Mazak或同等品牌)、数量、轴类型。

2. **索取检测设备清单** - 三坐标测量机、高度规、光学投影仪。没有检测设备 = 没有质量控制。

3. **索取样品检测报告** - 真正的供应商随时可以展示这些报告。

4. **询问批次追溯性** - 他们如何追踪材料批次、操作员、机器和日期?

5. **询问沟通方式** - 谁回复您的邮件?是工程师,还是把所有事情都转发的销售人员?

6. **先下测试订单** - 始终如此。小批量订单,评估质量,然后扩大规模。

7. **核实工厂地址** - 通过谷歌地图街景进行核实。实际是贸易办公室的“工厂”数量比您想象的要高。
