我们的级进模如何保持低接触电阻

每个连接器均经过6工位级进模加工。第一工位引导料带,中间工位对接触表面进行压印,最后工位将零件切断分离。压印工艺压缩接触点的晶粒结构,与简单冲裁相比,可降低高达18%的电阻。我们将接触指的定位精度控制在±0.02 mm以内,确保您的母线无需垫片即可对齐。

适用于10,000次以上充放电循环的材料与表面处理

我们采用C1100铜、C5191磷青铜和304不锈钢进行冲压。铜件镀镍(2–3 µm)或镀银(3–5 µm)以防止氧化。不锈钢件按ASTM A967标准进行钝化处理。接触面表面粗糙度保持在Ra 0.8 µm,非接触区域为Ra 1.6 µm。这种组合可在-40°C至+125°C的热循环中保持稳定的插拔力。

厚板料带中的硬度与回弹控制

对于使用1.5 mm或2.0 mm厚铜材的母线连接器,我们预弯料带以补偿回弹,最终弯曲角度控制在±0.5°以内。对于弹簧触点,我们使用经时效处理至40–45 HRC的C17200铍铜。该硬度可在10,000次插拔循环后提供稳定的接触压力。我们在每卷材料冲压前而非冲压后测量硬度,确保整批产品均匀一致。

每次发货前的检测:三坐标测量与光学轮廓仪

每批产品均通过三坐标测量机(CMM)对关键尺寸进行检测——孔距、接触间隙和总长度。我们还进行100%目视检查,在10倍放大下检查毛刺、划痕或镀层缺陷。每批次抽取样品测试拉脱力(最小50 N)和插入力(最大15 N)。每次发货均附带尺寸检测报告。

保持公差可重复性的模具维护
